On September 16, official Pokémon GO Safari Zone activities will be taking place at Unibail-Rodamco Shopping Centers located in CentrO in Oberhausen (Germany), Les Quatre Temps in Paris (France) and La Maquinista in Barcelona (Spain).

At each Pokémon GO Safari Zone event, ticket holder Trainers will be able to…

  • Receive special 2 km Eggs from the various PokéStops found at each of these shopping centers
  • Take advantage of Lures that will be activated all day at each PokéStop at the event
  • Enjoy higher spawn rates of rare Pokemon such as Kangaskhan, Chansey, Larvitar, Shiny Pikachu, Shiny Magikarp, and various forms of Unown
  • Get a special in-game medal and an in-real-life “Trainer Kit”

  2. Howard Moskowitz was a research marketer who was tasked with finding the perfect spaghetti sauce for Prego.

What he found was that there was no one perfect flavor. He suggested they make a chunky flavor, something no one was doing at the time. Something no one even knew they wanted. It was a huge success and now chunky pasta sauce is sold everywhere.

People often don’t know they want something if they don’t know it exists.

Pokemon needs to learn this lesson. Taking risks and trying new things totally new and never tried before is the key to success. Pokémon Switch should totally changes the formula up the way Mario 64 did to the other Mario 2D platformers

  4. “With the switch we see it as a chance to create Pokémon that goes deeper with a higher level of expression. As a result that makes it an extremely important platform.”

“Right now we’re using 7 to 8 inch screens but on a high definition tv you can express a whole different world with graphics and sound”

“Until make games were made as one for one person, but now you can go home and play with everyone– /9 how do we tackle these themes, and how do we make sure it’s not complicated?”

“I can’t say that we’ll release accessories but I’d like to think of that possibility

“Unlike smartphones, the switch is not a game device that assumes that there’s constant network connectivity. So from our perspective it’s really not different from ds and 3ds in terms of connectivity

    • I mean to be fair we don’t really know when it’s coming out. Not saying it’ll be next year, but stranger things have happened. Either way I’m sure we’ll get more spin off games next year if we don’t get anything real. Hopefully said spin off games are more than the mobile ones we’ve gotten as of late. they’re fun, but they’re not “real” games. I wouldn’t mind something cool, new and innovative. One of the best Pokemon games in the franchise is Pokemon Conquest. If they pull another game like that (not necessarily a sequel) then that’d be awesome

  5. Time for another question (Like you aren’t getting tired of these). What is a Death Battle you’d want to see? It can already be a One Minute Melee or a DBX for all I care, but as long as it isn’t already a Death Battle, anything goes. Me personally, I want Yu Narukami Vs Jotaro Kujo.
