  1. I think next Gen is going to be another Japanese based region tbh, based on Ryuki’s general existence. But at the same time I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s just a random irrelevant character made because they needed a dragon specialist

      • That would work. But I wouldn’t like it. We will have had 4 years straight of warm regions: ORAS, SM, & USUM. I would prefer this time around we have a colder region-part of the reason I would be excited for a China inspired region if they included the Himalayan mountains which are located in the periphery of the country-because I want a generation with a lot of new-and hopefully strong-Ice Type Pokémon. Then after the Gen 8 game(s) we can have DP or Platinum remake(s) and after that I don’t really have any wishes as to what Gamefreak should do.

        • Uh, I’d find that place to be more climate mixed than cold, but yeah, I kinda also want a cold region tbh, maybe something that takes place in Canada or Europe :0

          • Sorry if I wan’t clear about my preference for China in my reply-I wanted to keep it short. I meant that if they did based a region off that country with the Himalayan Mountains included-tallest mountain range in the world-then there would hopefully be a greater proportion of Ice types introduced among the new Pokémon. Well if there is any deeper meaning to the tweets about their travel to Germany, we might be getting a Germany-based region for Gen 8.

  2. An interesting update to my wishes for a Direct…I completely forgot about the Game Awards! Nintendo announced that they’ll be giving five sweepstakes winners the opportunity to attend. They’re definitely going to announce something, and I personally think it’s the place for Smash Bros. Maybe they’ll also announce when their next Direct is? December 5-7 is what I predicted and the event is the 7th so that would be neat.

  3. So I’m about to take on Lusamine for the first time(?) in UM. I’m actually kind of nervous. I had a hard time with Guzma and even had to use a few Rare candies to get my Pokemon up a couple levels each. I’m surprised I had such a hard time with him as he wasn’t too bad in SM. Excited to start getting to where the story diverges from normal SM tho. Should be good fun! Now to beat Lusamine. Wish me luck!
