Event Reminders
- The Hoenn Cap Pikachu event will be ending this Monday, October 2nd. Be sure to use the code PIKACHU20 in Mystery Gift to get this event ‘mon while you can, and remember: you can only get one of the Ash Hat Pikachu – use the code wisely! Hoenn Cap Pikachu comes with the moves Thunderbolt, Quick Attack, Thunder & Iron Tail, and the Pikashunium Z Z-Crystal
- The global distribution of Mewnium Z will also end this Monday! To obtain the Z Crystal you must have a paid subscription to Pokémon Bank and connect to Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon. As of now this is the only way to get Mew’s exclusive Psychic-type Z-Move, Genesis Supernova – so get it while you can!
Nintendo Wii Shop Channel To Cease Service
- Nintendo has announced that the Nintendo Wii Shop Channel will cease operations on January 31st, 2019 (however. purchasing Wii Points for games games on the Channel will cease on March 27th, 2018). From that point on, several Pokémon games will no longer be available for download on the Nintendo Wii or for the backwards compatibility on Wii U:
- Pokémon Puzzle League (Virtual Console)
- Pokémon Rumble
- My Pokémon Ranch
- Pokémon Snap (Virtual Console)
- And the Japan exclusives, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Keep Going! Blazing Adventure Squad, Let’s Go! Storm Adventure Squad, & Go for it! Light Adventure Squad
Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Starter’s Pack
- Those in North America will be able to purchase the Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Starter’s Pack bundle at select retailers! This bundle comes with the game of your choice, a Dusk Mane Necrozma (Ultra Sun) or Dawn Wings Necrozma (Ultra Moon) keychain, and a serial code for 12 Revives to be redeemed in game
Pokkén Tournament DX
- More clothes codes have been released via the official Nintendo UK Twitter account! The following codes can be used across all regions and will get you a spiffy Cheeseburger hat in game:

Marshadow Distribution
- In addition to being distributed in Spain via Amazon pre-orders (as announced last week) it’s been confirmed that Marshadow will also be distributed by GAME stores across Spain via Nintendo Zone throughout the month of October
LINE Pokémon Stickers
- If you have the popular messaging app LINE downloaded onto your smartphone you can purchase a set of 16 stickers featuring classic images from Pokémon Gold, Silver & Crystal for $1.99/£1.49/¥240
Pokémon GO
- Due to Pokémon Trainer Club login issues earlier this week, the Equinox Event has been extended an extra day to October 3rd. For details of the event head to its dedicated post
- A massive amount of EX Raid Passes for Mewtwo Legendary Raid Battles have begun to roll out across the world at various Gym locations across the globe
- A Pokémon GO in-real-life event will be taking place at the Tottori Sand Dunes from November 24th through November 26th! Full details aren’t known as of now, however it has been confirmed that rare Pokémon Mr. Mime and Unown will have increased spawn rates in game
Pokémon Shuffle
- Costing 20,000 coins to access, the new Buzzwole Ultra Beast stage is now available and runs until October 3rd – it can only be played a mere 10 times
- The Mega Steelix competitive stage will be running until This is a competitive stage that runs until October 3rd, 2017. Top players will enjoy rewards including Steelixite (or a Level Up if you already have the Mega Stone), Mega Speedups, Raise Max Levels, and more!
- The following stages have begun repeat runs until October 10th, 2017: Cyndaquil (Winking), Hitmontop & Zygarde
