To celebrate the coming of Autumn, Pokémon GO has announced a 2017 Equinox event beginning this Friday on iOS and Android.
From 1:00 P.M. PDT on September 22 to 1:00 P.M. PDT on October 2, 2017, you’ll have the opportunity to earn double Stardust for catching Pokémon and hatching Eggs as you walk around your neighborhood discovering new sights. While you’re out exploring, be sure to visit your local PokéStops and Gyms to collect special 2 km Eggs that have the opportunity to hatch Pokémon such as Chansey, Mareep, Larvitar, and more. You’ll also be able to get special boxes from the in-game shop that feature items like Lucky Eggs, Lure Modules, and all-new Super Incubators which hatch Eggs 1.5 times quicker!

I still enjoy it myself. The problems is that I just don’t have time to go out on walks. It’s very much a game that you need to be out and about near stuff that’s happening. You can’t open it and always expect something to happen. Hopefully they keep up these events tho. It’s more fun when there’s something going on.

Ash’s Litten will fully evolve, and here’s why:
There’s been a pattern since the start in terms of Fire starters for Ash
In Kanto, his Fire starter fully evolved
His Johto fire starter reached its 2nd stage
He didnt have a Fire starter in Hoenn
His Sinnoh fire starter fully evolved
Unova Fire starter reached 2nd stage
No fire starter in Kalos
If they continue this pattern (which i think they will, because its Pokémon) Litten will eventually evolve into Incineroar. I haven’t figured out when yet, but at this point i’m leaning towards once the gang are at Poni Island, maybe near the end of Ula’Ula but i doubt that considering they’ve already left Akala and Litten hasn’t evolved yet.
I mean….also the fact the in the character art for the starter’s final forms they show Ash and Mallow with an Incineroar….so yeah Litten will definitely fully evolve lol

Splatoon is super fun if you can get used to the controls. Once you get used to motion controls you can never go back

Pre-school starts at 3. Elementary is six years from 6 to 12 yo. High school is also six years till you’re 18. At high school, classes are 32 hours a week (4×7,1×4 hours) and you gradually adopt a more specialised programme, like Latin/Math/Science/Economics/… or you can learn an actual profession (mechanic, hairdresser,…). Once you graduate, you can take whatever you like at uni/college, even though not all majors are advised for your high school programme.
We seperate our universities from our colleges, where college is a three year program that gives access to a professional bachelor, usually something like nursing, applied information technology, applied biotechnology. Basically this stuff is all modererately high level that prepares you for one specific (group of) profession(s). Then we have actual university which are 5 year programmes where you have to get your Master’s, as otherwise you didn’t ‘finish’ your degree. This is stuff like psychology, engineering, law, economics,…
Education here is pretty good and very high leveled compared to some other systems. The stuff we get for algebra and calculus at age 16 is not taught in American high schools and is mainly given at introductory courses in US college.
Yeah, my teachers talk on how good the education is in country like yours, and that makes me jealous :[
School is from 6-12 iirc, and high school is 4 years long where you can choose more advanced subjects (like Latin, Economy, French or ICT) after high school you can choose whether doing a two year long Bachelor degree [basically high school but more advanced, it only serves to prepare people for Uni (you need bachelor’s to go to an university)] or something else that i’ve forgotten the name where they teach you a specific profession (like mechanic n’stuff), and after that you can either work on the profession you learned or go to the University.

So I’ve come up with a way to grind in HG and try and keep it relatively fresh. I’m going to travel all the way through Johto. I’ll do this without the bike, without using repels and I need to fight a minimum of 10 Pokemon in each route before moving on. Back tracking to battle trainers that have called me will reset the route quota upon finishing said battle. that means if I need to backtrack then I need to beat a minimum of 10 wild Pokemon again in each route going back forward.

So I went over what Pokemon I wanted to use again and decided that I didn’t need a Pokémon that knew Fly on my main team for the VC. As of now, this is going to be my main in-game team. Once again Earthen deserves a thank you for the tips on how to catch Heracross early on. I feel satisfied with this team now that I am not burdening myself with putting a Flying type in it and don’t think that I will change it.

Well that was kind of how I acted with RBY VC, but I am much more excited for these games because Pokemon Gold was my first game ever. I haven’t really returned to the generation for over 10 years so the nostalgia probably contributes to it. Also now that I know what I am actually doing I won’t faint legendaries or miss out on the rarer catches.
