  3. Think I’ve finally got my Sun team, fingers crossed that there’s not type overlaps:
    Litten
    Popplio
    Rowlet
    Rockruff
    Grubbin
Jangmo-o (hopefully it’ll become dual typed but it’s okay if it doesn’t)

I just wanna know if there’s gonna be split evos for the starters/’Ruff, either version, time or island exclusives – mainly cause I like to be prepared and work out my team right down to the moves. I feel that version exclusive evos aren’t as likely however both the island and time are big things especially with the time difference and the fact that the islands have different biodiversity.

Do feel like the secret is gonna be Z move related but ya never know what Gamefreak will do

As for my Moon team when I eventually get it, if more cool Alolan Forms are out there, they’ll join the Ninetails, Marowak & Raichu and I’ll go ahead with them!

  4. @TheLastKurusu, I’d love to trade, but I really have only this team and maybe 3 other pokemon on this game. This is just my nuzlocke playthrough file. xD

  5. If I was a trainer in the Pokemon world I would want to travel in Sinnoh first as it would be my home region and my ace Pokemon or partner would be a Roserade. My goal would be to become an Elite Four member or Gym Leader. I would want my team to be:
    – Roserade
    – Eevee
    – Honchcrow
    – Lopunny
    – Glameow

  6. Everybody seems to already be planning their Sun/Moon team already! There’s a lot of Pokémon that I’d want for my run through team, but at this point I’m only certain of three: Rowlett, Minior and Salandit. I have to see all the other new ‘mons and Alolan forms before I decide on the other three.

  7. Guys, friendly reminder: if you’re planning, taking part in or discussing battles please do it on our forums, we have places set up specifically for this purpose. 🙂

  8. I swear Pain Split shouldn’t work the way it should
it should equalize the damage done by the previous move, not add up HP and screw everything up

    • That team is disgusting. Really it is always good to see someone who knows how to use a good Skarmory, all be it a risky strat of one. Since I’m guessing all of its ev’s are in defense and S. defense. Really its a pain and a half to take down, but if something can heatwave or ice beam it down, it can be taken down before its setup is that effective.

  9. I just realized that Excadrill is the ultimate partner for a flying type.
    Electric? Nope.
    Ice? Excadrill counters it.
    Rock? I don’t think so.
    Stealth rocks? Not a chance.

  10. When I think about it, the type naming “flying” type is super dumb. I mean, why not Air type? Sky type? Bird type? It’s like calling water type “swimming type” or calling ground type “digging type”. I’ve never really thought about it until now though.
