- Bear is called Kiteruguma. It is described as cute yet deadly. It is classified as the powerful-arms Pokémon. It’s hug is dangerously strong and people in the Alola region regularly put warning signs out. It is Normal/Fighting with abilities Fluffy/Klutz. It’s name is possibly a play on words for “to wear” and “it’s here!”
- Deflated Pikachu-esque Pokémon is Mimikkyu. It is a Ghost/Fairy type with the ability Disguise and is said to lurk in the darkness. It is classified as the bakenokawa (a veil hiding a monster) Pokémon. The body is black and the Pikachu-looking part is actually cloth-like and covers it from the sun. The article warns people about looking under its veil. It’s name seems to come from ears, mimic and ~kkyu (cute/timid sounding),
UPD1: A clearer scan of a section with Mimikkyu’s information has surfaced: “The reason that Mimikkyu resembles Pikachu…!? It modelled itself after Pikachu goods that were all the rage 20 years ago?! It seems it wants to make friends with humans just like Pikachu“.<3 PJ

I’m so happy because just the other day, I was looking at fan drawn fakemon and came across an idea someone drew for a regional normal/electric rodent Pokemon called replichu which is a Pokemon disguised as pikachu and I was saying how great of a concept it is and now here I am and they’ve actually made this come true. If Mimichu evolves into something awesome, it’s definitely going on my team and could potentially be my new favorite ghost type of all time (sorry gengar). I’m so excited. Game freak is really knocking the ball out if the park this time around
I think the bear is ok, for right now at least.
Mimikyuu, I think, is adorable and I love it! 😀 It just looks so spooky because it took over old Pikachu merchandise and I really want an evo where we see even a glimpse of its real form, I think it would be kind of cool <3 It's definitely a consideration for my team ^^
Kiteruguma seems neat! It’s a cute Pangoro! I love the cute, but powerful motif. Now, Mimikkyu is interesting. I wish it was Normal/Ghost tho. I love how it replicates the deaign of Pikachu, with a extra creepy hand. Overall, loving the simple designs!
Are these the English names? I hope not to hard to spell or say.
So far, these are the Japanese names. Hopefully soon we will get the English ones

what is Mimikkyu is based on?
It’s apparently based on Teru Teru Bōzu dolls (refresh for picture if you can’t see it). People in Japan hang them outside of their house to supposedly prevent rain.

I think the new Ghost/Fairy type Pokemon English name will be Mashadow, if it is… Then the leaks about the final starter’s evolutions are true.
I dunno, I think it will have similar stem words like the Japanese one, having something to do with Mimicry and having cute in the name.
Marshadow, I feel, is related to something else.
The trademarked name wasn’t even Mashadow. It was Marshadow and it was trademarked along with Solgaleo and Lunala’s name. If it’s something then it’s going to be the third legendary. Not to mention that the Marshadow thing was written with katakana in Japanese and this thing is called Mimikkyu.

Yeah, Poké Co. USA, or whatever their name is, don’t trademark things this early if they do that at all. I don’t know if Marshadow will be a thing. There were several unused trademarks in the past mainly for version names like Pokémon Grey, Brown, etc. These trademarks however, seem to be right so far so I really think that Marshadow is real.
Marshadow was trademarked a long time ago with the two mascot Legendaries before their names were officially revealed as Solgaleo and Lunala. I don’t think that this will be the name in English. Probably for the 3rd Legendary in Alola of a trio that makes up of Solgaleo, Lunala, and whatever Marshadow is.
The third legendary will most likely be Zygarde
Could be. But it also has relationship to Xerneas and Yveltal too we can’t forget. Perhaps it will be the trio master of both of the trios of X and Y and Sun and Moon.

The bear is probably a standalone, so its base stats must be quite good already, and adding the good typing it has, this thing may actually be a good competitive pokemon, despite looking really (REALLY) bad.
Looking at its weight and height it really seems that way but it just feels so… idk… incomplete.
Until it gets dominated by Psychic, Flying and Fairies and it has to watch out for Fighting too
Unless Fluffy reduces the damage of Special attacks it will be extremely unusable
I pray that Fluffy is a variation of Fur Coat. It does look like the design of the bear could act a special cushion to reduce damage from special attacks. I can’t see Fluffy doing anything else.
Because this will go the way of the Pangoro which was my absolute favorite but was crushed when it had subpar everything
I cringe every time you try to make a new Pokemon look bad. Mega Loppuny can’t reduce special moves rite? So it must be unusable rite? Wrong! It is a very strong and good Pokemon. Geez. Every Pokemon has a counter, you just have to work around them. Knowing you are a Mono-Ground user, I thought you would know that.
