Unlike other sites, we’re not a news site but a community blog. We strive to inject news with our opinions and experiences. There just isn’t anything substantial to comment on. Other websites try to gather every sliver of news they can find to give you the notion something’s going on. Hey, if you book tickets for a movie in Japan you got a Pokémon everyone already has, now everyone go buy those tickets. Also, it’s good to know Trozei is less than 50 megabyte to download! How much exactly? We don’t know but it’s less than 50 so your life should be complete by now! Now give us all those clicks, you thought this news was an act of charity?
We’re not doing that. The things we’d love to give you however, are rumours. Sadly, we are back in that dreadfully slow news period in between game release and game announcements. So we’re going to try something different today. Let’s make up our own rumours! Everyone posts their craziest or most credible take on the next Pokémon games in the comments and maybe even act as an inside source for other their rumours. After the actual games get announced, I will link back to this thread so we can see who was right and who made the most stupendous rumour!

I have heard from a very reliable source that Gen 7 will contain 3 starters, a generic bird and rodent and quite possibly a Pikachu clone. Now i am not sure if this information is 100% true or not…so take it with a grain of salt.

Sheer Force isn’t really optimal for a competitive Mawile holding the Mawilite. It’s best to use an Intimidate one, this way you can still get that attack drop before mega evolving.
I have Sheer Force in case I’d want it to have another item instead of Mega evolving, but this was a random battle, and I only wanted to try out the movesets of my Pokemon, because they are my competitive team. I didn’t even prepare the items because I was in the Battle Chateau.
Mega Mawile is the best!
I know, but I can still change it up if I wanted to, besides I might make them think it has a mega stone when really it has something else or something. You may never know.

Thank you! Well, I gtg, but I may be in a battling mood tonight depending on how much I get done! I want to test my skillz with a real trainer! Not some cheap player using legendaries, but with Pokemon hatched and trained with determination, sweat and tears! I want to battle a pro to see if I really have what it takes to move up in competitive battling. I will still be a breeder, that I will never stop doing.

Intimidate is better than Sheer Force for Mawile 😛 I gave you a 5 IV one with Intimidate 🙂 You should remove Lucky Egg and Amulet Coin from Ghoulia and Togekiss because they have no competitive use. Pretty solid team! 😀

Hoenn sequels / remakes are announced this year to be released in 2015. They will be in full 3D. The same music is back and better than ever. There are new protagonists venturing out into Hoenn and you get to meet May / Brendan all grown up and have a battle with them. Secret bases are not limited to 16 items and bases are much more spacious and have an Animal Crossing feel. All of the improvements from X & Y are in these games and Super Training, Pokemon Amie, and the Pokenav all return. The new generation 6 Pokemon have also made their way to Hoenn this time around. You’re in for a treat with these games!

After you beat the main game you go too honen and play through the a different story line where a new team magma and team aqua are trying to capture rayquaza this time so they can have full control of groundon and kyogre( cuz rayquaza is the master of them both). After that you can go to a Battle frontier that has different styles of battling ( 1v1, your pokemon can use THERE own moves without your commands, Tournament style) and every season you can participate in a HUGE word tournament where you battle gym leaders and rivals from the games in a all out battle royal ( kinda similar to the anime leagues with 6v6.)
Steels types (namely Metagross) should get a recovery move called Reboot. Because it’s a supercomputer and all..

Grass types are immune and can remove them when sent in. Similar to toxic spikes and poison types. I like it

First of all: Something just clicked: They’ve never had a pair of games (Ex: DP) then a remake (s) (Ex: HGSS) then the thirf game (Ex:Pt) then a new game in one Gen. Which leads me to believe, why would they start now? There’s speculation about Z, New Gen, Gen 6.5, and Ruby/Sapphire remakes. They moat likely wont do all of that plus X/Y in one Gen
