PJM Writing Contest Winners & Art Contest Clear Up

Sorry for the slight delay, as I got struck with a severe headache and a bad temper. But I persevered to bring you the ultimate winners of the PJM 2014 Writing Contest!

I received 10 round two submissions, all of them which were excellent! You all did a great job guys. Choosing two winners proved to be a daunting task. But the big winner was a clear-cut case for me, as I absolutely loved his history of Pokémon before Pokémon even existed. So I hereby declare the following Pokéjungler as the absolute first winner of the PJM Writing Contest:

The second winner was a though choice between four favorites, but I ultimately went with:

ShinyXatu with MissingNo.: The Acceptable Glitch

Both will get contacted for further details regarding fine tuning their articles within the course of next week. And of course, we can’t forget to mention their prize. Each will get a free printed copy of the magazine, including free shipping :). The others will get the chance of seeing their articles up on the site, starting as early as next week. I’ll contact them if that’ll be the case.

While I get back to work off-screen, I would like to address the confusion that arose around the Art Contest. This is most likely my own fault as I was extremely exhausted writing the introduction article and seemingly forgot to write a general description.

The purpose of the Art Contest is to receive high quality (in technical terms) digital art commonly found on sites such as Deviantart. The winner will see his article taking up one whole page, so it has to be something suitable to be blown up so much. It will be very much like a big ad in a magazine, but without the advertising.   3. My plot for X2 and Y2 has changed:
    Team Flare has discovered the Cocoon of Xerneas and Yveltal, and in tandem with Evil Professor Sycamore, plans to emit Mega Stone Radiation, turning them both into Destructive Pokemon.
    Your job, with the help of the three world-class scientists Serena, Colress and Xerosic, is to stop Team Flare from discovering the cocoons and wreaking havoc across the Kalos Region.

    Postgame:
    Kalos has been destroyed, bit by bit, by Xerneas and Yveltal, thanks to Team Flare. They have fled to the nearby (insert new region name here) Region, to plot new plans for destruction. As their purpose was to destroy the Region, and potentially all people and Pokemon, the player, Serena, Colress and Xerosic still remain alive, and aware of Flare’s departure.
    In the postgame, you’ll be heading to another region in search of Team Flare, and put them to justice.

    I’d like people to comment for region names they’d like to see in X2 and Y2 alongside Kalos. Please be serious when making names. I’ll give it 25 minutes before I make a poll. Thanks for all responses!

      • You misunderstood me. My message does not have a serious tone.
        I just said you shouldn’t clone, that’s all. And regarding to the 180 shiny more than me, I said you started MM before I did, so I have less. And the ace shiny trainer thing cameo appearance in the FAN GAME part, you were the one who suggested that.

        • no.. u were being shady and trying to downplay my hardwork by coughing. I’m not stupid. But to each there own.

          I just hate it when ppl have a problem with stuff like that. don’t keep reminding me that u do like okay we get it? cloning is def not a big deal. and if – for example – diancie was able to be traded, u’d be the first one in line begging for one dude. So don’t even ..

            And why would I want a Pokemon I can’t even use since it hasn’t been released yet

          • mm hmm okay.. and can’t use?? I use mine online ?? And yes – we know it hasn’t been released yet, no durrrr.. But if I completed 718 pokemon before Bank released, BANKED 180+ shinies, BUILDED 2 boxes of competitive pokemon, got 200+ Trophies on Global Link.. and got bored with XY… then I feel entitled to modify my save file and do what I want with it. I don’t need anyone keep telling me “its bad dont do this dont do that..” like plz argh

          • I was just speaking my opinion, you don’t need to get so hostile. Beside, what can I do if people clone? Absolutely nothing. You made me sound like a cheap person who would do anything to get a leaked legendary, which is why I was upset at that part.

  8. Sometimes I feel like a King.. a Pro When I clear Teams with my Togetic when I get slayed I feel “what am I doing wrong!?” Has anyone actually made or know of a team that has Never lost? I was going to win a battle but a Excadrill got 3 drill attacks in a row.. the attack that insta faints Pokemans =[

  19. Please don’t hate me for saying this but I think a lot of this fan made region talk should make its way back to Mt. Moon. :/ It was great to promote it here and gain interest, but I feel as if it should be worked on over there.

  20. So… i’ve not commented in a while and i think i should explain why. I’m not playing Pokemon (The whole series) right now and if i’m not playing Pokemon, there’s no reason for me to come here and talk about it… That’s pretty much it, bye for now
