Those are egg moves, and I cant IV breed well, much less well with egg moves.
Egg moves are WAY easier…
With IV breeding at the same time?
Its possible…
If you get a Male Roselia with good IVs and Leech Seed and Spikes bred onto it and breed with a female Ferroseed, you can get egg moves and IVs!

But Ferrothorn isn’t really much of an attacker… its main use is setting up hazards and being a giant wall and having an attack move or two
