I can imagine it now…soft-resetting for all three Regis in Sapphire over a year period, then transferring over to Diamond and soft-resetting for a shiny Regigigas. Totally worth it!

Gligar’s hidden ability is immunity, you can check via toxic. It is the route before Snowbelle.

You mean can’t right? Yeah but, having gliscor is not enough. There are plenty of pokemon with Ice Beam and Surf in Maison, your team is more important. Gliscor is only good because my other members take care of it’s weaknesses.

True, but it is the one of few ways…the other being to use an Audino with entrainment on each of them…
Also as regidudeam pointed out to me last time, using a pokemon with intimidate in the lead to wittle out the Hyper Cutter ones helps

Look at the most common and most powerful physical moves: Close Combat, Stone Edge, Earthquake and look at Gliscor’s typing. There are very few pokemon with a defensive typing that is good against those.

There are almost few pokemon that resist the 3 moves, however Toxic Heal + max def and Hp investment will give you the bulk needed to stall them out. And Stone Edge isn’t really accurate nor has high PP

look at chaos’s post. He’s not meant to stall everything but stall those things that it’s good at stalling. Physical attackers
Stone Edge is good for that one last KO on Flying/Fire types. wouldn’t use it against a Gliscor unless forced to.

Sub + Protect is to stall Toxic. It’s not meant to be unbreakable. It’s like having two protects, but while protecting opponent loses HP while you gain HP due to Poison Heal
