Give the parent with 0 speed IV the Power item for Speed and every offspring will have 0 speed IV
But that doesn’t help passing down the other IVs and nature =/
Well, that’s 100% guarantee. Using the Destiny Knot/Everstone will give you a chance for the 0 IV, but, like Regi said, you’ll have to check with the IV checker to find out

So much defense! I didn’t think an Iron Head would knock it out, and wasn’t gonna go Sucker Punch cause I had a feeling you’d go with Leech Seed. Also I was predicting you to Mega Evolve right away, that’s why I was using Dazzling Gleam xD I was worried I’d use Psyshock, and the Dark typing would nullify that.
