We’ll I just got my togepi with 6 perfect ivs
I have modest with serene grace and I plan to do 252 sp attack 252 sp defense and 6 speed evs.
Also I am not sure about the thunder wave right now I am thinking
Aura sphere
Air slash
Flamethrower
Dazzling gleam.
I am not the biggest person on those kinds of moves like roost. I may take thunder wave in the future if my togekiss can survive attacks
The idea is that thunder wave makes the opponent slower, so with serene grace, your air slash will have an extremely high flinch rate.
I know. We’ll all the other attacks seem to have ruled out flamethrower in type advantages so maybe I will take it
I have a Togekiss with perfect IVs besides Attack with a Calm Nature. I run 252 HP, 128 Sp. Atk, and 130 Speed. I use T-Wave (a must), Yawn to force switches, Dazzling Gleam for STAB, but I run Aura Sphere over Air Slash mainly because of preference.
For your moveset, I would use Dazzling Gleam over Fire Blast. Fire Blast is to counter Ice types, but you get STAB from Dazzling Gleam with a higher accuracy.
Problem is, walled by steels if I go for Dazzling Gleam
T-Wave them, switch out, and let one of your other Pokemon handle it
Togekiss is mainly used to screw Garchomp, Dragonite, Salamence etc over, because it’s immune to Earthquake and Outrage. Dazzling Gleam is a must. Roost is a must. I prefer flamethrower and nasty plot because togekiss ought to be brought in on a dragon that tries to set up dragon dance. At that point they will switch, where you can get a free nasty plot boost. I find air slash + thunder wave a very unreliable/non threatening strategy. And people will just switch to their scizor and bullet punch you, or switch to their electric type and now thunder wave + air slash is dead weight as they are immune to paralysis. There are way too many priority moves this gen and togekiss ought to be doing the things it’s best at: destroying dragons.

After around 400 eggs, I bred a Shiny Chespin, but it has Overgrow when I was trying for Bulletproof :'( And it has perfect IVs in HP, Attack, and Speed too :'(

Yup…but remember: synergy is key.
Barbaracle , Empoleon, Tyranitar, Aggron/M. Aggron, Heatran. But you want things with good special defence also and stealth rock is a plus.

Yup something like scald Ice beam Stealth rock and roar/grass knot/defog. There are definitely a lot of options. You can also slap an assualt vest but I like stealth rock way too much but maybe you can find another member for that.

I have so many boxes filled with Chespins, many of them Bulletproof. Why must the one Shiny I hatch be Overgrow? x’D
This always happens….every cleffa I hatched had 4 perfect IVs….and the one that was shiny was the only one with 2 IVs 🙁

I don’t get the appeal to shinies, I know rarity instantly makes something worthwhile but it’s not like it does anything, I don’t really see the point of going through all that trouble just for an aesthetic change

All you need is Adamant Rock Head and to beef up its SpDef
then if you choose Rock Polish or Swords Dance to make your foes tremble in fear!
