I JUST discovered that you can “collapse” people’s comments. I’ve never noticed that before today. I think it’ll come in very handy. I hope we get some more real information soon. I’m torn between wanting the ENTIRE pokedex leak and wanting to know every Pokemon beforehand or having some be a surprise!!!
I prefer knowing before hand so I can decide a strong and balance team with good, strategic moves. But I respect others who don’t.
See, I always catch them all, so it doesn’t make a difference. I just like knowing…but at the same time, I’ve never really had the option to go into a game not knowing them all (because in the past it’s not like I could avoid the internet for all those months where the game came out in Japan first)…but now that I have that option realistically, I’m a bit intrigued..It’d be interesting for the first time ever to run into a grass and NOT know a Pokemon
Admittedly, I like to see new, never before seen pokemon. It just makes me giddy inside *.*

Has anyone beaten the Champions tournament in the PWT? I finally got to it today and did it! Had to do the World Leaders tournament 10 times, which unlocks the Champions tournament. Beat it on my first try too! 😀
I’ve been failing with the PWT. Hax all over the place. About to win the PWT? CRITICAL HIT BITCH
Lmao! xD Tell me about it! It’s taken me so long because I was training a team I felt could do it! And I had so much success with my team that I trained (EV trained). Only had 2 losses when working through the World Leaders.
My team:
Breloom holding a Focus Sash
Shiny Garchomp (Gift from Benga) holding Expert Belt.
Shiny Charizard (Months of Masuda Method) holding Quick Claw.
My team was decent
Magnezone: T-bolt, Flash Cannon, Signal Beam, Volt Switch
Starmie: Surf, Psychic, Ice Beam, T-Bolt
Flygon: E-quake, Outrage, Stone Edge, Fire Blast
Magnezone had Wise Glasses
Starmie had a Life Orb
Flygon had a Muscle Band
Nice team. Flygon is one of my favorite Pokemon ever. No Archeops? :O
How far have you gotten? World Leaders? How many times if so?
Those three were on my team, and are good competitively, so I used them. I have to battle to find out the exact number of times I’ve beaten World Leaders. I’d say about 7 times.

When doing test runs of it a ways back, trying to plan what team I wanted to train to use in the PWT, the biggest problem for me was always getting matched up against Brycen and that damn Cryogonal. That thing outspeeds everything OHKO my Pokemon basically everytime! >:(
Thankfully Breloom and Mach Punch resolved this problem ^_^
The last thing I did in B2 was the Black Tower. It took me a good amount of tries to beat the Champions Tournament and PWT because of how it seemed like everything outsped you

B2 and W2 are so far debatably the best Pokemon games so far (HG/SS are runners up). I’d get them, but it might be hard to play them with X and Y coming out so soon.
How do you compare them to BW?
BW’s story was a bit better, but the region and all the extra features that BW2 have put them over the edge. Funfest Missions are more fun, PWT, a larger Unova, better training spots, Black Tower/White Treehollow, Dex completion rewards (Shiny Charm, Shiny Haxorus), 2 Master Balls, Join Avenue, a good selection of good Pokemon from the start, and X-transceiver events are just some of the features that made the game great.
It’s not a revolutionary game, but it was packed with Post-game stuff.
Oh, and also the Medal Rally, which was a reward system similar to Playstation Achievements. I never “completed” a Pokemon game before, but BW2 compelled me to max out the dex and medals.

Wow, for that price I’d go for it. Even after X and Y come out, they’re great games for a challenge. They offer a lot of different Pokemon at the beginning (Riolu, Eevee, Mareep, Elekid, Magby, Koffing), so challenge runs (like only Fire types) are good in that game.
Yeah, I beat it around May 2013 or so when I actually had time to play. I got the game in January. I’ve beaten everything except the Type Experts right now, but I might just give up. So far I’ve only beat bug and steel. I could beat the other ones if I transfer my pokemon from Black, but I’m too lazy to lol

Well I did Triple battles but mine was:
Arcanine Flygon Eelektross Samurottpart of my game team) and Serperior and Weavile from BW. The ones I left in my box that were also part of my game team were Gothitelle and Lucario(yeah I know I know but it was getting KOed a lot)
I’ve beat them a few times. My strategy was to play Triple Battles because they get more BP because there are more Pokemon being used. I had Mamoswine in the middle, with my Hydregeon and Gliscor surrounding him. They basically Earthquake spammed like there was no tomorrow.
My Arcanine with Heat Wave was helpful. And My Samurott with Blizzard
My Chandelure waited in the wings with an Air Balloon and Heat Wave. It helped quite a bit, as did my Lucario with Earthquake too.
Interesting. I haven’t tried the other Battle styles, just Single Battle. That’s a nice strategy though spamming Earthquake haha xD
The strategy basically works best if you pray not to battle Faulkner, Winona, and Skyla. It struggled against the heavy Flying teams of the Champions, but between Mamoswine’s Ice Shard and Blizzard, my Lucario’s Ice Punch, and my Hydregeon’s Draco Meteor, I’ve beaten them once or twice.
And in Champions I prayed to not get Lance. To this day he’s the only trainer in the Champion’s tournament I still haven’t beaten. But of course I would pray to not get him, then of course I do get him. Then I lose then get him again in the first round on my next try -____-
Lance was actually the one I had to beat in the final round. Swept his bum azz xD Couldn’t believe it!
Out of those 3, which Flying Leader gave you the most problems? Was it Winona with a couple Pokemon who can take the Ice attacks?
For me, it was Winona and her Altaria
That thing is so defensive!
I think it was her just because of that. I haven’t battled them in a while though- I first beat the Champions back in May and have moved onto other games (but I did double back to Black 2 to complete the Pokedex and get all the medals)

Okay. Here is my theory for the story line of X & Y and remakes. Sycamore is trying to learn more of Mega Evolutions. They have found those stones (Mega Stones) and they attach it to a Pokemon and it evolves again! Sycamore finds out that only certain Pokemon can Mega evolve and no Kalos Pokemon can. They use Xerneas to make Pokemon more beautiful! Could there be another team though? One that opposes Team Flare? One that believes it’s what is inside that counts?

I’m not one of those “HOENNCONFIRMED” consiparcy theorists…but from a business standpoint, it’d make NO sense for Nintendo/GameFreak to not remake Ruby/Sapphire on the 3Ds
10 year anniversary, R/B/G remade 10 years later, G/S remade 10 years later. Those are my favorite games (Up until X & Y of course) I would ABSOLUTELY love a remake that would make the games sooo much better! Graphically, musically, quality-wise, convenience, story, etc. Imagine the game in 3D. Every time I think about it, I get goosebumps from how much I want it!
I want Ruby and Sapphire to get sequels. There are too many Pokemon for Hoenn to not feel outdated. It should be set 10 years after the events of R/S/E. *Note: This is not my original idea. Many others have come up with it before me*

The others, not so much. This is the first gen I love both.

I’m sure most people just think its ugly. But its arguably the best starter ever statistically
I like its design. I do think it is horrible overrated, although I understand why.
Blaziken and Infernape want a word with you (I do like Swampert more though).
Swampert has the highest BST for starters…
Really, didn’t know that. I’m a big Swampert fan, but I hate how he gets mauled by Oddish’s Absorb.
Infernape and Swampert are my two favorite. Infernape because its frikin Infernape and Swampert because its bulky as hell. And yeah, Swampert has the highest base stat of all starter pokemon
My favorites are Venusaur (first Pokemon), Charizard (Ash’s), Swampert (Great Sapphire memories), Torterra (Awesome turtle), and why throw in Blastoise (I love all the Kanto ones!)…

I never thought that I favored any type, then I realized that I’ve only ever chosen Grass and Water starters on the first time through a region at an equal 3:3 ratio. I do love the others though!

Design. I am not into the competitive metagame.
Have you ever used it? It’s good ingame. And if you do use it ingame. It’ll grow on you.
Milotic would be disappointed. Plus, when I don’t use her, Ludicolo, Walrein, and Sharpedo will get that slot.
Though I use Milotic 90 percent of the time! It’s worth the hunt.
Milotic is awesome. But try to use Swampert. It won’t disappoint.

I really like Aurorus too. I’m considering going against the coin flip and using Aurorus instead of Tyrantrum. That said, I hope most Ice types can learn this move, it’s a good buff for them.
This is a Pokemon design that I truly loved at first sight; I had my doubts about Tyrantrum.
I am thinking of using Aurorus in place of my new water pokemon slot if no new water pokemon appeals to me.
Since I am going with Fennekin in X version. Clauncher is my only new water type choice…but I am not diggin him.
Yeah I wonder if Water/Ground pokemon are 4X weak to it. That would be interesting

Top 3 things I want in X/Y (places & partially a mechanic):
1) Kalos Beach– I want a place where we can just relax and get away from the HYPE of X/Y, and what other place to relax than Kalos Beach?
2) Kalos Intl’ Airport- If cars are confirmed for X/Y (more in #3), why not planes? It would be A DREAM COME TRUE if we were able to fly planes to distant lands (*cough HOENN cough*) or just to a specific area in the game! Mistralton had an Airport, and we did fly IN an airplane (briefly) in BW2, so Nintendo + GF, let’s take it to the NEXT LEVEL!
3) DRIVABLE CARS- If they introduce cars to be able to be driven across large cities (Lumiose), that would be EXTRAORDINARY! It would be a stellar new way of transportation, and who wouldn’t want that? COME ON TROLLFREAK, MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! :D:D:D:D:D

I missed Dialga because I left for college and got overwhelmed and just forgot. I’m hoping that when I get Wi-Fi I’ll be able to trade my extra Palkia for one of them.
Funny enough, both the Dialga and Palkia in my White 2 have the Calm nature.
I soft reset for my natures even though I’ll never use them lol. I’ve gotten so picky when it comes to natures nowadays.
I don’t like soft resetting, it just seems so…manipulative.
