- Quick reminder that registration for the 2018 International Challenge January competition has begun! Be sure to register for the battles running from January 26th to the the 28th!
Pokkén Tournament DX
- The Dynamic Fury Group Match is currently ongoing until January 22nd! As usual, this cup is a Team Battle competition, on a Fixed Battle Arena. Participates will receive special titles rewards based on Machamp depending on how high they place
Pokémon GO
- Version 1.59.1 for the ever popular mobile app is now available! This update fixes several bugs including an issue that sent you back up to the top of your Pokémon list, as well as revamping the Pokédex for easy jumps to Regional ‘dexs, and adding a symbol to indicate shiny Pokémon in your list
Pokémon Duel
- Requiring 247MB, Version 5.0.6 of the mobile game is now available to download! This update adds new Plates, monthly login bonuses and the new Ultra Space area. In this new area Ultra Beast figures can move into the space and power up. In addition, this update adds several new figures, and brings some changes to old ones:
- New UX Figures – Nihilego, Mega Mewtwo Y, & Mega Mewtwo X
- New EX Figures – Toxapex
- New R Figures – Toxicroak
- New UC Figures – Mareanie & Croagunk
- Drapion Balance Update – Movement increased from 1 to 2
- Arbok Balance Update – New ability Shed Skin added, increased power of Poison Fang from 40 to 50
- Seviper Balance Update – Added new ability Rapid Approach, Increase wheel size of Toxic Fluid & Poison Tail, Decreased wheel size of Wrap
- The Poison Gym Cup has begun! Running until January 24th, This Special Gym Cup increases the movement of Poison-type figures as well as the White & Gold Attacks of Psychic-type Pokémon by 20. Participates will recieve the special Alolan Grimer figure!
- All players who log in before January 30th will receive a Deoxys (Normal Form) Figure
Pokémon Shuffle
- The new Mareanie stage is live until January 30th, 2018
- Both the Mega Salamence competitive stage and Electrode stage (previously exclusive to Expert stages) run until January 23rd, 2018
- The following stages have begun repeat runs until January 23rd: Xurkitree, Palossand, Lycanroc, & Thundurus (Therian Forme)

Another bold prediction!
Pokemon games have a reasoning for their names, or at least seem to be forming one
Sapphire and Ruby are gems. When Primal reversion occurs a gem like casing forms around the primal before bursting. As such, expect Palkia and Dialga to have something similar involving their own gems.
The next mega starters will be that of gen 5 considering that gen 5 parallels gen 1 in some aspects.
But I want Mega Infernape, Typhlosion and Feraligatr,
Life isn’t always that easy
Gen 2 starters likely won’t ever get anything
Gen 5 has some of my least favourite starters.

Also Gen 5 mega starters would be kept to Gen 5 remakes. It makes more sense from a marketing standpoint.

I think ultron said it below but I’ve been thinking it a Long Time.. the new games Better Not have 2 versions. Part of me thinks there will.. cuz.. money. Due to seeing how willing ppl are to get Both versions..
But something about it being on the switch makes it seem So unnecessary.. so uncalled for. Especially if things are changing. They need to get ppl focused on buying it in general, Not which version.
Also, hopefully these games will market to an older audience equally. Sun Moon and focused on children. I could definitely c BOW vibes coming from the new games marketing to attract all and be more inclusive.

It is though when you increase the price by $20 effectively making it the equivalent of three 3DS games. It’s a business model that they simply should abandon.

That’s called Girarina granny. I believe its some sort of old thing that got retconned out because of how poorly the first ten Gens sold compared to the next 141. Ghost was split into Spirit and Shadow, and Dragon was split into Drag and On.
How are shadow on types
Really weak to the Gay hypertype but what helps is that Hypertype only exist between Destiny Fusions of four Pokémon, meaning they take two field slots on the Astral Battlefield that appears every time you battle.

I love Holy Hell! It really helped Jesatan get to HU! Raising the target’s emotional defense but lowering their spiritual defense is sick because it can weaken them and follow up with Rogue Angle! It’s my favorite Fairy/Fire/Dark/Light type for that reason

Why is sceptiles movepool trash
Why you dissing my favorite Pokémon? That’s not right lol that said I think the issue is the special/physical split happened and hurt it. Sceptile should have always been a physical attacker with its looks. Exactly why I run a swords dance set
Yeah, I agree. But they chose to go special so it’s annoying that they hardly give it special moves.
The most annoying part is that it’s signature move is physical and I have a thing where I always give a Pokémon their signature move
It was Special in Gen 3 because all Gras Moves were Special in Gen 3.
Oh I know. I still think Sceptile should have been a physical attacker in the first place. I mean it has blades on it arms lol that screams physical. Still my favorite line of Pokémon though!
Sacred Fire Sure is Weird though, to be a Physical Fire Move that looks Special, all because Houou has 20 more points in Attack, and then Entei Started Learning it in France.
