We’re just days away from 2018 which happens to be a “Year of the Dog” according to the Chinese Zodiac. In Japan, the country of origin for the Pokémon series, there are reminders everywhere as New Years draws near. There are also plenty of dog-like Pokémon now in the series, so many so that it might be hard to just pick one favorite but today we challenge you to do just that! What is your favorite dog (or dog-like) Pokémon?!

  2. So I finished watching Black Mirror Season 4 this morning and the show remains, without a doubt, one of my favorite of all time. I would be satisfied if we just got the first episode, USS Callister, and nothing else since it’s basically a movie on its own. I STRONGLY urge all of you to watch the show on Netflix if you haven’t already because it’s glorious.

      Some episodes like USS Callister and San Junipero deserve a movie indeed.
      I am sure the series will inspire many SciFi movies and other series.

      • Speaking of inspiration, there’s another Sci-fi movie on Netflix which feels just like a Black Mirror episode called OtherLife which I really enjoyed. It’s not quite as good but the idea was also really interesting and you should watch it!

    Also I went for the Moon Ball over Heavy. I looked at both on Bisharp and thought it went best.

  11. After a seemingly endless saga I’ve FINALLY ordered that Apple Watch, and it seems to have worked this time. All I had to do was not use my card at all because it’s useless apparently! As I said before, I’m very excited about this, although I do have to wait until Jan. 4 to start using it as opposed to New Year’s Day. However, 2018 is still 2018! I really wish I could add a dynamic Pokémon watch face but not yet…the kaleidoscope will have to do.

  14. I honestly think my UM team may be my favorite team I’ve had to date. Between them all just looking cool and also being pretty fun to use I’m just not sure there’s many other Pokemon in my prior team lines ups that could be more cool for me.Gen 7 was really a gen of very well designed Pokemon as far as looks are considered. Some of the new Pokemon stats are weird, but all of them have some kind of value. I think gen 7 was a pretty decent success.

  20. So idk how familiar you guys are with the Plus and Minus rumor that came out 3ish years ago. Back then I would have said the rumor was ridiculous and silly. It certainly has some cool parts, but back in 2014 it didn’t seem realistic. Fast forward to 2017(well….the end of 2017 anyway lol) It has a LOT of things that seem quite suspicious. Between basically calling the main features of how the Switch works and and bringing up rumors we are currently discussing after fresh sources brought them up it really does seem like this rumor may have some kind of possible credibility Hell we even have a newer source (that I believe is sincere) also mentioning about how the new story will be darker than usual and a source stating the battle system will be different. The only thing I can’t see happening in the next games is the legendary Pokemon being so similar to Solgaleo and Lunala. So maybe they were just prototypes and are changed now? Other than that everything else basically checks out. It’s all VERY interesting to read and VERY suspicious. Could we really have had a leak from THAT far in advance??? It all seems so weird, but the pieces look like they at least sort of match. It’s worth checking out at least and keeping an eye on. I will say tho if this ends up being in any way true then the 2018 release is very possible indeed. That would mean that GF has been making a game for the Switch for a VERY long time. That all said read it for yourselves and as always keep a weather eye on reality.   21. Yesterday I did my newcomer wishlist and if Heracross joined the fray

    His playstyle is mobility with powerful attacks

    Neutral: Fury Attack: a combo of horn thrusts
    Side B: Megahorn: Dives straightforward and skewers opponents
    Up B: Seismic Toss: Rises straight and smashes the opponent down
    Down B: Reversal: a powerful counterattack that does more damage the higher %

    Final Smash: Mega Megahorn!: Upon activation the trapped opponents are stuck in an animation of Heracross Mega Evolving then using its mighty horn they are lifted and flung over the earth with its mighty strength

    And whenever it grabs an opponent they are balancing on his horn while he is on all fours

    1) Sensu/Japanese (the current shiny I own)
    2) Tango/Spanish (the other one I badly want)
    3) Hula/Polynesian (the one that looks like it lost half of its feathers)

  25. The one sad thing about a direct now is that Pokemon once again won’t be part of it in all likelihood. They haven’ revealed Zeraora yet to they’re not gonna show off Pokemon Switch yet. The only thing I could see them focusing on Pokemon wise in normal a direct (rather than just a special direct for Pokemon) is Pokemon Switch. They won’t bother showing off Zeraora in a direct. It’s not big enough and they can easily just do it in a YT video. Zeraora needs to get out of the way so they can start talking about Pokemon Switch hahaha

      • NO it’s in the way I want muh HD Pokemon!!! I’m mostly kidding, but yeah…..even if the game doesn’t come out until 2019 I still kind of want Zeraora to be revealed soon. Idk why it’s just bugging me. At the very least it can settle things a bit and it’d be one less thing to worry about.
