  1. I don’t know whether it’s the adrenaline I got from listening to BOTW boss battle music speaking, but I sure would like a Pokemon game following a similar line of BOTW.

  3. I just spent part of my night scrolling through the Bulbagarden Forums thread regarding the Pokémon Switch rumors and worrying about people’s opinions on it. Yep. That’s me. That’s who I am. I swear that if it is not worrying about the weather, it has gotta be something else. Always have to be worried. Lol.

  6. Alrights Pokéjunglers, I got some hands on exclusive insider information regarding Pokémon Switch. It’s best to keep this confined since it contains sensitive details about the game.

    – The next game will have Pokémon in its title.
    – The game will be for the Nintendo Switch console
    – It’s possible to buy the game through both retail and digital channels
    – The game will feature Pokémon, which you can use to battle with
    – It’s possible to add aditional Pokémon to your team
    – The game is being made by Game Freak, who apparently made several previous entries in the Pokémon franchise.
    – The game will be exclusive to Nintendo consoles, due to a never-seen-before deal made with Nintendo and Game Freak.
    – The game will feature a story which you can complete and continue on playing afterwards.
    – The game is set to release an unspecified time after writing this post, but we do know it’s not releasing before.

That’s all! They are quite the changes to the overal formule, do you like them? Discuss!

  8. Anyone remember when the anime screwed up and revealed Dewott and Servine early? Like, the BW starter lines as a whole also leaked (far closer to reveal than the SuMo starters tho, but the SuMo starters didn’t have leaked middle evos), but these were leaked and confirmed extremely quickly because Woobat and Axew were revealed like a week later.

  9. On the topic of starter leaks, which disappointed you more? Unova, or Alola? Did you prefer one whilst being more disappointed from an individual design in it?

I can remember where I was when I saw these, which is odd because I usually can’t remember any hype season before SuMo super well. That said, I was quite indifferent. These were probably the least surprising ways for these Pokemon to develop besides Samurott, but at that point I really didn’t like Oshawott anyway so I didn’t care. And I like pigs too much to care Emboar was now Fighting-type. The middle evos were either leaked before (Servine and Dewott) or literally just an inbetween with no traits of their own (Pignite) so they didn’t really sway me at all.

I really didn’t mind Popplio until I saw these. I absolutely loved Primarina’s design, and as SuMo hype season is when I really started to like Fairy-types, I was so excited for it.

Might come as a surprise to some, but before I joined here in like August(?) 2016, I stanned Rowlet and couldn’t stand Litten. I actually didn’t really like Incineroar until I did a playthrough with it, whereas I liked Rowlet until I saw more and more of Decidueye at which point I stopped caring. Not a big fan of the feather fingers or the goofy goggles, and when the hood goes down it looks uggo.

So overall, Unova just didn’t faze me and Alola was a mixed bag. Which is arguably better because it actually provoked opinion from me.

    • Wrestlecat grew on me. the only leaks that changed my mind on a starter were the small ones right before XY came out and revealed the Disappointment that was Delphox(which isn’t as bad as I remember it looking)

    • Lol when the unova starters leaked I only cared about NSUNS2 back then.

But about the Alolans, I was fascinated at how creative Deci was, like whoever made that leak evolved Rowlet’s theme about throwing its feathers in a very cool way, and I really liked the design too like Deci alone made me wish the leaks were tru.

My reaction to Inci was pretty much the same I have now, couldn’t whether I like it or not. And for Prima I really liked its design back then, now it’s just meh to me ¯_(ツ)_/¯

    • I’d have to say Unova.

For Unova, I can’t stand Emboar. I feel like there was so much missed potential and that it would of been great as a quadrupedal pig. Serperior was middle ground, didn’t love or hate it. And I didn’t mind Oshawott’s line. But it’s not my favorite Water type Starter line out there.

For Alola, the same with Incineroar, I couldn’t stand it but wasn’t surprised that it turned out to be bipedal given the theme that the past 6 Generations before it featured final Fire type Starter Evolutions that were bipedal. Decidueye was middle ground like Serperior. And I loved Popplio’s line.

    • Kalos. All suck.

Probably Alola I guess? Because I didn’t like Tepig from the beginning so Emboar couldn’t disappointment me. Snivy turned out amazing, so the only disappointment was Samurott. With Alola I had hopes for Popplio’s evos, and I simply don’t care for them now. And with Litten, Incineroar is major salt in the wound because the first two evos are awesome.

  10. Finally back!

I saw Ferdinand yesterday and seeing Star wars in a bit for my Birthday, other news I got Super Mario 3d maker and already have finished World 1 of my idea for a Mario game.

Also want to talk about Ferdiand a bit
I thought it was a great movie, for a book that’s about 10 pages it was very well done. I only didn’t like the a$$hole Horses, so annoying

  11. For Super Smash Bros. on the Switch, I have some ideas for which characters should be in it:
    – Decidueye/Incineroar/Primarina (any one of these is fine)
    – Marshadow
    – Callie/Marie
    – Marina/Pearl
    – Arms Characters
    – Opera Rabbid
    – Cappy
    – Tiara
    – Broodals
    – Madame Broodal
    – Link (BOTW)
    – Zelda (BOTW)
    – Urbosa
    – Mipha
    – Revali
    – Daruk
    – Calamity Ganon (sized down to be able to be usable)

    • > Primarina isn’t happening. Decidueye may happen due to popularity, Incineroar may happen due to not being in Pokken and being a fighter
      > Marshadow may happen but won’t if any other Pokemon from Gen 7 does.
      > The Squid Sisters seem more likely, but Off the Hook don’t IMO. More likely we’ll just get an Inkling.
      > We’re probably getting at least one or two ARMS characters considering it’s already a fighting game
      > How could a hat and a tiara fight? If anything they’d be present as assist trophies which can possess your foes or on a skin for Mario and Peach but they’re not going to be individual fighters.
      > The Broodals probably aren’t getting on over more iconic Mario characters, especially considering how many Mario characters we already have.
      > These will just be skins for Zelda and Link, they’re not as different as Toon or Young Link to justify their inclusion.
      > I can see one or two Champions getting in but not all 4 tbh. If all 4 did tho that’d be cool because God knows LoZ needs more reps
      > Not before Ridley he ain’t

      • IMO I think all 4 should appear, because honestly it wouldn’t be fair. All 4 are equally strong and shouldn’t be limited. Although IMO fi they had to choose two it should be Urbosa and Mipha.

    • – I find mars to be more likely as a pokeball monster, and the starters are all quite likely except Prima, not popular enough and the body type is weird

      – Do the squid sisters even fight lol, if so then they would be good but only one or two tho

      – ARMS characters are good but not for me 🙁

      – I don’t think they would bring a character from a spin off, especially this boss, fits more as a boss in some sub mode

      – Lol cappy and tiara, sure thing

      – Broodals as assist trophies, but lol they’re just bosses nothing special

      – BOTW outfits would be cool ngl

      – I really don’t see BOTW characters in Smash, and calamity ganon can work as a final smash

In the next Zelda game, Link will have his Elf hat back. The hat will become sentient and get the name Hatty. Link will be able to throw Hatty and posses them, giving Link control of them. You’ll recognise things controlled by Link easily, they’ll have Link’s elf ears as well as Hatty on their head. This joke sucks.
