Because of the hard work of all Pokémon GO players during the Pokémon GO Global Catch Challenge last week, Niantic is making Ho-Oh available in game! From now until December 12th you’ll be able to encounter and catch the Fire-type Legendary via Legendary Raid Battles!

Flavor-wise they were adequate. I could barely make out what the orange one was (I’ll assume it is a Charmander) yellow and red were Pikachu, green was Bulbasaur, Purple was Gengar, and if there is a blue I think it will be Squirtle.
