As expected, a brand new trailer for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon was released!
The trailer highlights changes to the Alola region itself, as well as new looks for the protagonists. It also briefly shows a look at returning characters, such as the musician Ryuki.
The Japanese trailer also contains a look at the new Z-Power Ring and some new Z-Moves featured in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon. Watch it below!
[UPD] In addition to the trailer, Clangorous Soulblaze, Kommo-o’s brand new, exclusive Z-Move has been revealed at the opening ceremony of Worlds 2017! This new Z-Move can hit multiple targets, raises all of Kommo-o’s stats by one level, and requires Clanging Scales as its base move. Broken much?

If there really is more news today, I expect some new forms and not much more. Alolan Forms in particular would be amazing.

I think the next bit of news we’ll get i s a new form. They’ve been too silent on the forms which are easy to pump out without needing to give any additional info on the games.

Okay so guys aside from Necrozma changes, I’m really curious about the timing in these games.
The map shows Alola covered in a warm reddish sun, Route 1 is much more warmer and redder like we’re at certain time of day and this could possibly be linked to the theme of the games.
Like in BW2 Unova was frozen maybe in USUM aside from Necrozma and UBs wrecking havoc the Sun might play a larger role???
Akala volcano seems dead to me

Unova wasnt really frozen…just opelucid for like 1/6th of the storyline
yeah makes me feel like maybe necrozma’s taking over solgaleo and lunala’s bodies which makes them forfeit their control over day and night, forcing the world to be in a frozen state of dusk, which is probably why there will only be one lyrcanroc form and the special rockruff’s could be those that have been influenced by necrozma
Yeah same here. Necrozma might be causing inbalances in the space/atmosphere etc
I do think the sun rise/set map with the beautiful water is such a treat to look at.
Plot twist: they reveal the first 8th generation Pokémon during the Opening/Closing ceremony.
How to kill USUM in one step
They seem to be moving in that direction actually..so maybe.
They should show it in a booth only to people who already preordered USUM and have proof

What if..like Sinnoh in Platinum got colder right?
What if Alola’s climate has changed or is different as part of the alternate universe.
Some things to be noted:
– Alola seems warmer due to reddish look, could be sun related, playing a larger role.
– Maybe Sun is closer to earth.
– Maybe Ubs have caused issues with balance of solar system like the Sun, Stars etc causing Aun to come closer to Alola/Earth
– Maybe we have no night tho I doubt that
– Akalas Volcano seems asleep
– Theres definitely something fishy going on I tell ya!

Also stars are not part of the solar system, only one is the sun so you cant have suns and multiple stars in the balance of the solar system

Actually, during northern hemisphere winter the sun is closer to earth by quite a distance so the distance doesn’t really matter. There’s a 15 percent margin in sun earth distance for viable life. So a few million miles at least.
I think the sun getting closer would be a small stretch, but possibly the sun has done something that changed the climate of Alola so your on to something here

Crystalido (Crystal + Scelidosaurus)
Rock/Fairy
The Gem Pokemon
They defendes themselves with the gems on their bodies. Many gems found today come from this pokemon. It can be revived from the Crystal fossil
Revived from the Geo fossil:
Platecton (Plateosaurus + Tectonic plates)
Rock/Ground
The Tectonic Pokemon
They liked playing in mud. When a group of them migrated, they often caused an earthquake. It can be Revived from the Geo Fossil.

Some things i’ve noticed after taking a more thorough peek at the USM map:
-Brooklet Hill is dried up
-Akala volcano looks dormant
-There is a beach behind Tide Song hotel
-Route 2 on Melemele no longer has a pokemon center
-The cloud layer in the bottom left is conspicuously large and thick
Especially the cloud thing is interesting. On the map, several boats are heading into that direction as well. Perhaps some kind of post-game area like in B2W2?

There is no PMC on the map in route 2, so that means they removed it. Thats really the best i can say lol, idk how else to explain it.

It doesn’t remove the possibility, it just makes it less likely. Alola is only the four most populous islands of Hawaii already so if they add more they’ll likely prioritise the more populous islands
Prime example of when you expect nothing and still get disappointed.
USUM in a nutshell
Looking at the Alolan map you can see the Sun at almost Sun-setting level.
Now I know I’m repeating myself but SURELY!…
They would NOT include the Sun in that position plus the overwhelming reddish rays of Sun light for nothing would they?
