Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was recently released for the Nintendo Switch and we know many of our readers are currently offering everything the game has to offer. Today, however we’re please to announce something fun for the site: The PokéJungle Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Tournament. A bit of a mouthful, right?

Mainly because they’re overshadowed by their first and final forms.
By the time Torracat was announced nobody cared because they were dreading Incineroar and lamenting Litten.
And Croconaw tends to just get forgotten about because Feraligatr is more impressive and Ash had a Totodile.
I guess that’s fair..although personally I think torracat overshadows Incineroar 😛

Speaking of starters, I really liked how you got the Kanto starters in Kalos. I was hoping you’d get Z-Moved Johto starters in Alola but I’m hoping we get Johto starters in DPPt remakes 😀

In SuMo, you can get the Johto, Unova and Alola starters. Odd because usually starters are obtained in third versions and sequels.
That leaves the Sinnoh, Hoenn, Kanto and Kalos.
Kalos starters were obtainable in the main story of Kalos, as were the Kanto starters. The Hoenn starters have the same treatment in OR AS.
The Sinnoh, Unova and Johto starters are in ORAS too as post game rewards. But why aren’t the Sinnoh starters in SuMo too then?
Unova and Johto starters available twice out of story on the 3DS
Kanto, Hoenn, Kalos and Alola starters mandatory on the 3DS
