Last Chance to Grab Genesect Download

Pokémon fans who weren’t able to get a Genesect for their copy of Pokémon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire now have a second chance. This is especially important now that you can bring it to Alola through the use of Pokémon Bank. There are two different codes based on region:

North America:

  • GENESECT20

Europe & Australia:

  • GENESECT2016

This download will only be available until February 28, so don’t wait! Keep in mind that you will need ORAS and the event will not work if you already received a Genesect last year.

          • Just alot of dysphoria and anxiety and not fun stuff like that and my friend going through a bad break up that sucks because I’m friends with both of them and the two of them are being kinda shitty to eachother and thats bad and then just the looming political state of everything. blegghh

          • Can’t help with dysphoria or anxiety but I can offer my opinion on the friends fighting

            They have to get it out of their systems. It’s better to let it out and explode than bottle it in and implode, it’s not fair in them to have to hold it in. Things will get better after it calms down.

            Oh how I wish that were the case. People I love are constantly fighting and it only seems to be getting worse, it’s never really gotten better from my experience. 🙁

          • That’s the worst case scenario, but tbh it’d probably be worse even then if they hold it in to themselves. Tbh I don’t know your opinion on it, but I’d rather my loved ones openly fight than have to harbour hidden resentment.

          • It’s sorta both though. They fight to each other’s faces, and then they bad mouth each other when they’re alone with me. I want to tell them to shut up and that they’re being stupid, but they all think I’m on their side, against a common enemy. It’s a lot more complicated than that ugh.

            But I don’t want to make this about me, oops

          • You have your issues too, and if they’re effecting you a lot and you want to speak about it, do so. It’s not making it about you, it’s all of us sharing each other’s issues and comforting eachother.

            Also, can totally feel you, that stuff happened to me in the short term (and another long term but more subtle example) and it sucks, if it’s that bad for you I can’t imagine how amazing you must be to get through it

          • yeah you are totally right. It will fade out over time. It’s just frustrating to see them taking “sides” like what. These are just people. But it will calm down and its goona be okay but its just frustrating in the moment

          And I’d rather mine roll of the tongue then have people not know what it means, because it means people can look up what it means (like every child ever probably have to so with the ‘Nihil’ part of Nihilego)

        Gaiasis (Gaia and Oasis)
        is supposed to have radiant feathers made from petals and the head draws inspiration of a Bird of Paradise Flower

        And Toxigeddon is supposed to be a aberration of mutant sullied land, violent and mindless being born out of pollution corrupting a sacred area, now everything it touches dies and perishes

  8. Yo decided I’d share my Gym Leader variants

    Arena Lords

    They’re the bosses of areas called Arenas, where you battle it out with other trainers in a tourney to see who appeared the Lord and gets to battle them. Because of this system, the trainer system in Poké UK is seen as very restrictive for trainers and was adapted into the internationally renowned Gym/Elite Four/Champion system.

    Arena Lords are unique in that whilst they specialise in a type like Gym Leaders do, they also specialise in manipulating their arena. As soon as you enter a battle with an Arena Lord, they’ll activate a terrain or weather to fight you with, powering up their Pokémon and really testing you to your limits.

    The first arena Lords your character fights are Cata and Ana, the twin electric Arena Lords of Poké Glasgow (these placeholders will be filled in some day I’m sure of it). They utilise their powerful Plusle and Minun to spread fear into the hearts of beginning trainers, abusing Helping Hand, Thundershock and the Terrain to their advantage.

  22. There should be a shady character to the side of Hyper Training that offers to lower your Pokemon’s IV’s through unspecified mysterious means.
