  3. So how’s this for a concept (bringing the chat back to Fakemon and you can’t stop me >:) )

‘Divine Pokémon’ – believed to be literal gods, the pets/champions of gods, or, after the world is made aware of Ultra Beasts and their status, merely Pokémon from another dimension that are even further removed genetically than the UBs that they can’t be captured at all and are immensely powerful with less restraint in power.

They’re summoned through Sigils they entrust to their chosen champions. These are stones that summon them in a fraction of their power (basically putting them in par with the varying ‘tiers’ of Legendaries, having anywhere between 570-720 BST). These Sigils also take up a Poké Ball slot, meaning they’re Pokémon in nearly all regards. However, they have stronger abilities than other Pokémon, can occasionally be tri-typed, and cannot use Z-Power.

  4. Professor Acacia: The professor of the ??? region who gives you your first Pokemon. Despite being relatively laid back, he seems to be very well informed about the potential of Ultra Energy and the destructive capabilities it contains. He is also said to be an expert at pokemon battle, once defeating two gym leaders back to back with just his trusty Morelull.

Pokemon Trainer Lyle/Carmen: Your old childhood friend who has been with you through thick and through. Despite the bonds you have, you two make the fiercest of rivals. (The player character gender not chosen)

The Showman: A strange person known for traveling all throughout the region and having extraordinary luck. Every time he takes a gamble, it always works. Rumor has it that he is that the pokeball charm around his neck is an actual Pokeball and gives him luck. In battle, he is known for his extraordinarily strong Mr. Mime. The player will encounter him several times throughout their journey and may even learn some untold secrets from him.

A bit of stuff for the story of meh fangame that will probably never get made

  5. Hey, to all Rom Hackers interested, I found something called PGE (Pokemon Game Editor) It apparently is a Rom Hacking All-In-One tool that is still being developed to this day.

I am a vanilla AM+XSE+unLZ type of guy so I will take it with a grain of salt

  6. Is there anything that muses the connection between Ultra Beasts and Z-Power in SuMo or not? Can’t check for myself since I’ve still not finished my most recent run

  7. Professor Tree: lives in a tree and is kinda weird, your mom hates him. your dad also hates hi. everyone hates him

Your dad: doesnt exist probably died or left your mom for the thrill of battle but gave up and was too ashamed to return home and was actually that homeless guy you made fun of you monster

Budii :your friend who can never beat you and gives you no satisfaction for winning

HAMHANDED PHILOSOPHY – not the villain or me stealing from So This is Basically Pokemon

  8. Since everyone is discussing characters or concepts in their Fakemon games, I’ll do the same:
The Genesis Army: A criminal syndicate that lurks in the region, they are not known from most people in the region. They cause trouble in events usually kept quiet by the police, partially due to the fact that they leave the incident without a trace. The Genesis Army claim to be doing this for a powerful, destructive being told only in myths.

  9. Team Rad

Led by Raddy. Wants to get rid of all pokemon they dint deem rad enough. This includes quilfish which is bad because he is Pokemon Best Friend Version’s legendary

  10. Also in my game, the International Police is also very prominent to the plot. My region will also be the hometown of Looker, who is frequently in the plot and has his trusty Crogunk at his side.

  11. Some Fakémon based off of my concept of ‘Divine Pokémon’. These two function as the mascot legendaries, and their ‘child’: the third legend.

    Title: ‘Divine Pokémon – Love’
    Name: ???
    Represents: Love and beauty
Type: Fairy (Haven’t decided on other types)
    Animal Basis: Dove
    Divine Basis: Aphrodite/Venus

    Title: ‘Divine Pokémon – War’
    Name: ???
    Represents: War and violence
Type: Fighting (Haven’t decided on other types)
    Animal Basis: Boar
    Divine Basis: Ares/Mars

    Title: ‘Divine Pokémon – Passion’
    Name: ???
    Represents: Passion and desire
    Type: Fairy/Fighting
    Animal Basis: Hare
    Divine Basis: Eros/Cupid
