just my opinion you don’t have to agree, but to be honest out of every pokemon character I have ever seen he is by far the most unappealing in terms of designs for me, like of all time including every character in the games. And his story was minimal at best so it cant really sway me.
I just thought he seemed like a nice guy how he wants to help cheer up his best friend. His design is meh.

Yeah got my Heracross over at Azalea, it was after I beat the 2nd Gym and fought my Rival. I spent almost an hour with my Flaffy spamming Headbutt on trees XD
Worth it for a Heracross though, especially to beat that pesky Miltank 😉

There was Siebold, Malva, Drasna, and Wikstorm. Personally, I think Elite 4 are always forgettable because they never truly receive any fleshing.

I’d disagree. They’re forgettable, but Flint sticks out more than most E4 members, since he has an outside role.
I chose Flint. Although I don’t particularly like his design (Aaron’s is the best of these 4 IMO) he has some things that edge him ahead of the others for me. Infernape being one of these things. I also actually liked his more varied team in Diamond, I didn’t expect it (I didn’t know the full ‘dex beforehand), so he kept me somewhat on my toes. I remember having a pretty scorching battle between his Infernape and mine, mine was around 6 levels below his but knew Earthquake. His HP was low enough for me to finish it with a Blaze boosted Fire Blast, which I thought was fitting. I still have my Infernape from back then 😀
I voted for Aaron only because he uses Bug types.

Seriously? They are all forgettable.. but seeing a Bug type user in the Elite 4 makes Aaron stand out a bit. Also, the design is nice.

I think it’s just one of the ones that they made more washed out when they shifted to 3D models. It’s happened in all of it’s 3D incarnations to some degree, as far as I’m aware.

Maybe, but in Stadium and Colosseum it’s different too. Although Stadium was the first full colour game Arbok, it only had the official artwork and anime before it to see Arboks true colours.

I like the Lurantis, makes it’s legs look like orange sweets. Personally I had thought everything pink would go green, and the bits you have here that are green would go an autumnal colour like brown or dark red. I think Pikipek is spot on for what I would expect without knowing it’s evolutions. I kind of hope Mimikyuu isn’t that simple, but I guess you will likely be right.

I picture it with Grey where you have yellow, so it looks like clay. Perhaps a darker grey for where you have brown. Then the blue I would have as either white or a lighter brown than it’s regular colouration. I think it would look good if it’s shiny were closer to a real horse.
If blue weren’t such an overused shiny variant I’d be all about it. So I like the red one more.

I say Salandit won’t have gender based evolution because already Salandit produce a noxic fumes from their tails but Females have a pheromone effect which plenty of females produce naturally
Why does the level move pool have to be so bad?
I see it learning Flamethrower and Sludge Bomb by level up.
While it is not a powerful Pokémon, it is able to unbalance opponents with its cunning techniques.
Most defensive/support Pokemon are capable of learning a few good attacking moves of their stab Types while levelling up
Alomomola learns Hydro Pump
Bronzing learns Extrasensory and Heavy Slam
I feel it will learn Thief and/or Will-O-Wisp naturally, and maybe Knock Off. Glare will most likely be an egg move. Tail Whip/Leer and Scary Face may be in there somewhere too. Of course most of it will depend on it’s evolution.
My only fear about sandlit is that they will pull a helioptile. It’s an awesome design that can really be expanded upon with an evolution but I’m scared they’ll give it one Evo and then just stop. Wasting all its potential in the process.
Side note, why doesn’t helioptile have a third form 🙁 everyone thought it would become this huge electric dragon lizard beast and… Nothing
