Although the official new trailers are expected tomorrow, someone it seems has gotten their hands on an early version of the video and leaked some of its contents.
- Pyukumuku is the English name for Namakobushi and is a pure Water-type with the ability Innards Out
- Alolan Raichu is now Electric/Psychic with the ability Surge Surfer which doubles its speed on Electric Terrain
- Morelull is a new Grass/Fairy-type Pokémon with the abilities Illuminate & Effect Spore
- Team Skull keeps its name from the Japanese versions and is led by Guzma, with Plumeria being a Team Admin.
- Alolan Meowth is a Dark-type with the abilities Pick-up & Technician
- Wishiwashi is the English name for Yowashi and its new ability is Schooling which activates when something reaches a certain level (HP? Stats?)
- Alolan Marowak is now Fire/Ghost-type and has the abilities Lightning Rod & Cursed Body

Actually if trainer customization comes back I hope they don’t rip off the male trainer like they did in xy, like “heres several of one shift in different colours, thats all you get” very little clothing and none of it interesting or cute
I HATED the clothing choices for males in XY. Same color pallet, no diversity, and terrible clothing that do not match! I’m hoping we get more options and a pool of everything including feminine and masculine! Probably why I chose the female on my first run since I KNEW the fashion, hair, and accessory choices would be very limiting.

The face in the art looks wonky and I knew they wouldn’t let a model with a wonky face into the game.
I looked at Persian’s move pool and it already has a bunch of dark type moves, so I don’t think it will be that much different in terms of play than before. Although this time it is going to get Dark type stab on stuff like Feint Attack, Assurance, and Theif. All attacks that are also going to be boosted by Technician.

That sardine is definitely going on my team and thus rules out Popplio and so I’m choosing Rowlet as my starter and that means I have to find an excuse for Lurantis since I hate having two Pokemon of the same type! 😀 POKEMON WHY YOU DO THIS?! But this is a good thing!
Treat rowlet more as your flyer/flying type on the team and focus on lurantis to cover as your team grass type
