A Chinese rumor about Pokémon Sun & Moon has seemingly gained credibility after predicting a Poison/Fire-type Pokémon which was fulfilled with the reveal of Salandit. You can read it below, translated by Cresselia~~ of Smogon Forums.
- There will be no traditional Gyms and no Pokémon League in Alola. Your goal is to actually create one. After you do, an Elite 4 will appear which are the leaders of each island
- The final starter evolutions will be an Archer, a Wrestler and a Siren
- The diamond stones will be collectible throughout the region and act similarly to Mega Stones but not exactly
- New Pokémon based on a dolphin, sea cucumber, snowman, mushroom and a rugby monkey are there
- Rockruff’s evolution is a Werewolf
- Mashadow, another copyrighted Pokémon name, has a very unique type combo
In addition, it seems that the majority of the images of the “leaked” starters (seen above) have mysteriously disappeared from Google image search. There is no way of knowing but it is possible official takedown notices have been sent to have them removed from search results. This is a warning: I may soon remove the images myself.

Turn based. Which is why I love it so much. Everything is going action based nowadays.
Yeah, I also like turn based games a little bit better. Making a strategy and whatnot is much-much better than charging into your enemy and slashing him/her with a wooden stick or a sword.

Toy guns are awesome! Love them since Beelzemon Blast Mode when I was like 10 years old. Also saw an anime about toy guns. Wasn’t that big deal but quite fun.

the artworks are fake .. if you take a look at the noivern artwork that was released to esrly for x/y you see that the letters are much thinner and written on a computer .. the letters on this artworks are hand written .. in addition to that this sun/moon artworks are colored and the orange stemps in zhe edges are just copy pasted 😉

yeah i think so .. at the time when x y just got annonced a little later they leaked this noivern artwork .. it was laked by 2ch or 4chan .. i can’t remember .. but i think in this source they mentioned 2ch .. so if someone knows about that it is no big deal to fake artwork .. they look pretty good but the orange stamps in the edges are the biggest mistakes the artist has done … if you compare the quality of the pokemon designs with the orange letters you see that the letters are copy pasted 🙂
Also the leaks have the confidential stamp which most fakes don’t use

The Fired guy might have stolen it or copied the concept it’s all up in the air for now but I know they have to be at least 25% of the game because it’s less than 6 months they have to be somewhat done
They don’t have to do the SAME exact way they did it 3 or so years ago. Maybe (if these are in fact real) they used a different thickness of pen or a different font.
yeah i don’t really care about the thicknes of the letters or if they are hand written .. just mentioned it .. but compare the graphics of the pokemon designs with the CONFIDENTIAL logo .. you see that it is just copy paste .. that means they didn’t use vectors to create it 😉
Who knows maybe they did copy and paste the Confidential logo. why keep recreating it when you have a perfectly good stencil right there? Anyway I guess we’ll find out if these are truly real or not sometime in the next week. Until then it doesn’t really mean anything whether we think GF would be lazy with a logo stamp or not hahaha

idk man, replicating a certain artist’s or art style so perfectly as was done in these “leaks” would take a heck of a lot of time and effort, and even then there would be little bits of your own style somewhere in the artwork unless you worked on your technique for like a year, you just don’t see fakes this polished and this true to the natural style of the pokemon company imo
I agree, it looks so much like Sugimori’s art style the more I look at it.
It’s really hard to copy someone’s style so well that way
My process is to visualize a Corocoro page or prima guide book and see how well the image flows organically
