JungleTalk: Corocoro Predictions

It’s that time of the month again and Corocoro could leak at any given moment! This month the issue is expected to contain some information on Pokémon Sun & Moon and while it’s unknown how much, hopes are high for the first information blowout.

The issue official releases on April 15th in Japan, but leaks are expected any time so what better way to make the wait go quicker than sharing your predictions for the issue? (There are none, I don’t care what you say). We want our readers to share their thoughts and predictions on what they think the issue will contain: will it be new starter Pokémon? Perhaps a look at the mascot legendaries? Maybe you’re not expecting much at all aside from the debut of Sun & Moon in a magazine with a reprint of that wonderful announcement trailer?

Gen 2: +Great Replay Value, Huge Region -Huge Amounts of Grinding
Gen 3: +Intro to Legendary usage in story, Great Rival
      -Bland overused water surfing
Gen 4: +Good Story, Great Legendaries. -Very Slow Pacing
Gen 5: +Amazing Story, Fantastic Characters, Amazing Music (you can tell this is my favorite) -Some Pokemon Design choices are weird, and Rotation battles are heavily underused
Gen 6: +Great Visuals, Nice Celebration of Pokemon. -Celebration of Pokemon means sacrifice new pokemon for inclusion of old, IMO the worst ‘rivals’

  2. Has anyone researched when CoroCoro is typically leaked, if it’s generally the same day/time? That may cause less anxiety…
