The day you’ve all been waiting for is finally here! (Aside from those of us who have to wait just a little longer.) The first stage of the release for Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire starts today, fans in the US, Japan and Australia can finally get their hands on the game after years of wishful hoping, and months of anticipation. Trainers in Europe can expect to get their mitts on the games when they release on November 28.
For those of you who have already picked up the game, we hope you are enjoying it! In this article we invite all of our readers, whether old or new to join in and discuss the games. What starter Pokémon will you/have you chosen? What are you most looking forward to in the games? How are you celebrating the release (outside of playing the games, obviously!)
Get talking in the comments! For those who don’t yet have the games, this is a free-for-all discussion. The comments will contain spoilers
Lol I think defensive may have a little bit too much of an obsession over Archie XD
It’s not an obsession when Djja rants about a ten year old’s ass but I like a character and it’s an obsession?
Well Djja also has an obsession sooo
This isn’t an obsession.
It’s a need. Right? 😛
Yes. A need to lick a sexy man that smells of sea salt air.
I’m just saying that’s not the best defense. Hehehheeh
Zinnia is now one of my Top 5 characters
She’s so incredibly well written. Her story, her personality, Aster. It’s all so good.
She’s a really good character. I hope she’s in Z.
Challenging the Fortree Gym.
I have confidence in my Mega Manectric.
Let’s do this.
Beat her up.
Will do, lol.
No that’s bae ;-;
Lol. Double Team Swellow.
I hate that woman so much now.
If I faint deoxys it will appear on top of spear pillar right?
Yea
Sinnoh Confirmed

Sky pillar***
I’ve been grinding in Victory Road for over 3 hours ;-;
Very tedious, and my pokemon are still underleveled 😛
What level?
My lowest is 50, highest 54
I started with around level 44 though
Yours is okay. I beat it with 40-50. It’s easy.
Level 57 mega gross =/= easy
Steven’s Metagross can’t handle an opposing Metagross (or whatever Steel type) w/ Earthquake or Bulldoze… 🙂
And if you don’t have one it can give trouble. I don’t really metagame the main story even though I know everyone’s type specialty, I just play with pokemon I like.
I normally have all my pokemon around the level of the champ’s highest leveled pokemon, so for me being underleveled (in ORAS) would be below 58 (i think)
I also don’t want to spend a lot of money on revives and full restores 😛
Kyogre get!
Timid w/ 31/12-15/25-26/31/14-15/31
All right! Guess I’ll take it.
We get the Unova starters.
Wish they would’ve been with their hidden abilities. I want a contrary Snivy, dammit!
Sheer Force totodile ;-;
No Contrary Snivy
Serperior deserves some love 🙁 And an awesome mega
What adorable pokemon terrifies birch this time around?
Not a bad fight with Winona.
I took out her Swellow and Pelipper with Mega Manectric with ease.
Her Altaria was a little bit of a burden, but I managed.
Then I finished off her Skarmory with my Camerupt.
Definitely an easy battle. GG.
She was easy overall
…thats what.. he said?
DID EVRYONE EXCEOT ME HAVE AN EASY BATTLE AGAINST HER?
YUP LOOOOOL
Camerupt? Traitor.
But I picked Swampert as my starter.
There’s no use having two Water-types.
I still think Archie is bae though.
Don’t worry. <3
I had four. You mean nothing to me anymore.
But…
;~;

I’m currently building (or at least attempting to build) a recreation of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire’s Mauville City in Minecraft.
Yes, it’s difficult, but I don’t want to give up just yet.
