The day you’ve all been waiting for is finally here! (Aside from those of us who have to wait just a little longer.) The first stage of the release for Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire starts today, fans in the US, Japan and Australia can finally get their hands on the game after years of wishful hoping, and months of anticipation. Trainers in Europe can expect to get their mitts on the games when they release on November 28.
For those of you who have already picked up the game, we hope you are enjoying it! In this article we invite all of our readers, whether old or new to join in and discuss the games. You would slide down and repeat the process, thus not needing to actually move anywhere. Really handy for afk hatching/leveling up pokemon (in day-care) :P”

Of the 125 unobtainable pokemon in X/Y, only Meowth and Porygon (and some event legendaries, i think) are still unobtainable in ORAS. Interestingly, a lot of the previously unobtainable ones can be found in Mirage areas (Mirage Forest, Mirage Cave, etc.) Are these mirage spots?

I’m doing a self challenge in OR. When I enter a Gym, not allowed to use potions or leave to heal. Whoever faints in the process faints, even if it’s before the Gym Leader. If I lose I lose and gotta come back to the Gym to try again xD
^^ this is what I’ve been doing, it’s fun this way! Haven’t lost yet, but my battle vs Wattson was intense. Was down to Grovyle who was parafused with 9 HP and got off a pursuit to win.

Terrible RNG luck, just terrible. Took me all night and part of today to find Numel. Ran into over 40 Machop in a row with DexNav. Just wanted my Heat Wave Numel God dammit. At least in the end I got a Quiet nature one :3

How do you increase the DexNav level using hordes?
5 encounters get added to the encounter level for that Pokemon
Must I faint all the pokemon in the horde?

iirc, every pokemon on a route can be found in a horde; the horde of that pokemon being relative to its normal encounter rate (so if zigzagoon has a 60% chance of appearing, when a horde appears there’ll be a 60% chance of it being a Zigzagoon horde)

I’ve been leveling up my Torkoal by using an Oddish to make hordes on route 117 and bc Torkoal has eruption it’s wrecking everything lol It’s super helpful as when u battle 5 Roselia they give u a solid 700 exp per battle lol
