Three More New Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Videos

Yet again, Pokemon of Japan’s YouTube channel has just revealed three brand new trailers for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire that showcase some new and quite stunning footage.

The first trailer showcases footage of Maxie and Archie in the Oceanic Museum, alongside some remixed battle music. It also confirms that TV Reporters Gabby and Ty will be returning, and some remixed route music is also present at that portion of the trailer. Finally, some footage of Roxanne’s Gym and Sydney’s Elite 4 room are showcased.

The second trailer showcases the part of the game where the plater character is prompted to choose his or her starter Pokemon, as well as the very first battle with May.

Finally, the last trailer showcases the player character’s house, his/her first encounter with the rival, Cycling Road (the Trick House seems to be present), bike tricks, the Oceanic Museum again, and footage from Route 120 when Steven gives the player character the Devon Scope. You can also hear some some remixed Littleroot Town music.

What piece of footage did you guys most enjoy from these trailers? Leave a comment down below letting us know!

  2. What is one of the most interesting nicknames you all ever gave a Pokemon? It can be cool, weird, clever, or unique in any kind of way. I’ll start:

I gave my 5IV male Togekiss the nickname Amlug Dagnir, which I deliberately looked up in Elvish for “Dragon Slayer”.

  3. The “leaker” from last night who showed the steel boxes and fake cartriges of ORAS posted two things completely unrelated to Pokemon this morning/afternoon. I can just tell now that he was simply showing off the games and trying to impress people (gather likes on Facebook as well as attention across the world). Guy probably has a big ego. And when it came down to it, he himself admitted that the catridges were faked in the comments section of his Facebook video after the fact. What a jerk. But to be honest, even if he did actually have the full games, he is not the type to me that would share. So, he’s not “the one” as I feared. Lol.

  4. Okay, for my electric type for ORAS should I have:
Electrode, Magnezone, Luxray, or Galvantula? I refuse to use Manectric because I hate it. Magnezone is probably my favorite electric type but I’ve used it a bunch of times so idk if I want to use it first time playing through. I don’t like the idea of importing pokemon that aren’t on the regional dex (Luxray and galvantula) but Hoenn has a pitiful electric type pool. I like Electrode but it’s not one of my favorite pokemon. Thoughts?

  5. Just watched the new Mega Evolution act and ngl, I was totally confused (might have made more sense if I understood Japanese, haha)
It was good tho, just wish they included more Megas in the actual thing instead of just having the 3

  6. What I expect in this month’s CoroCoro:

One of three scenarios. Probably gonna be either #1 or #3. Staying hopeful.

1.) A Character blow-out: We get all the remaining Gym Leaders and Elite Four members revealed this coming issue. 1 to 2 Mega Evolutions revealed.
2.) A Mega Evolution blow-out: 3 to 5 Mega Evolutions revealed, nothing else.
3.) A major blow-out: All the remaining Gym Leaders and Elite Four members are revealed and/or 3-5 Mega Evolutions shown, and game content: some more Legendaries revealed to be caught in the game after the main story, etc.

    • I’m pretty sure it’ll be scenario #1. They’ll want to keep some Megas a secret for the game. Also, it really wouldn’t make much sense to not have revealed all of the other gym leaders and such. They’re such a major factor and I can’t see a reason why they wouldn’t since the demo has been dumped.

    • I expect Mega Flygon and Milotic. Also rest of gym leaders, elite 4, and reveal of the battle frontier and the brains. (I can dream)

    • It’s not going to even be a blowout, it’ll have 1 – 2 smaller megas and a couple characters, and maybe a little more so some feature imo.

      • Remember the CoroCoro issue right before X and Y? It revealed a blow out of information, aka final Starter evolutions, over 4 or more Mega Evolutions, regular Gen 6 Pokemon, etc. But it did not matter at all because that issue of CoroCoro came out on the 10th and the game was in leaker’s hands as soon as the 27th of September. So everything was leaked by then and people in America and other places started getting their copies by the 11th (some reports of early)/12th of October, so no one really gave a shit. So, bottom line, there is still hope of a blow out of information.
