Its a shame they won’t have player customization. I don’t mind the fashion part so much, but it would be nice to have some control over the skin, eyes and hair color. I mean what fun is it if all the trainers look the same?
But it’s for nostalgic reasons though, since it is a remake of a game before it. IT makes sense. It’s also why the Center and Mart are separated.
Plus, they’ll still have the various icons in the PSS. So there.
Icons in the PSS aside, beyond facing trainers of the opposite gender, it’ll look like two Mays or two Brandon are battling in online battles. Basic Skin, eyes and hair color tweaks would at least give some distinction between trainers beyond name and gender.
It seems as though the wait for OR/AS wasn’t as excruciating as the one for XY. Not saying the hype for XY was greater, but there weren’t huge periods of no news like in XY, such as after Sylveon was confirmed.
Anyways, SO hype for this game. I will probably end up picking Mudkip, as that was my first starter in Sapphire. Similarly, I plan to get Alpha Sapphire (hopefully the Dual Pack, if I have the money) on release day. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to get it at midnight but at least I’ll still get it.
I’m getting the Dual Pack after my Comp class and start to play it while watching LOK 😀

My favorite mega evolution is mega salamence. I’ve always liked salamence it’s one of my favorite Pokemon and probably my fav dragon type. It’s just so dope. ,y least fav megas are mega pigeot and mega audimo because I feel like their irrelevant and a waste of a spot.

Salamence is definitely my fav too. It looks so much like an European dragon, the one I grew up with and love. But I love Dragons in general really 😀
But my fav is Mega Lopunny. Like Lopunny is one of my fav normal types, and it is the mega I never knew I wanted. And it became fighting type so it can get STAB on its FIghting type moves 😀
My least fav? Probably Mega SLowbro. No offense, I just don’t like the design.
Salamence 100% got my No. 1 favorite. It’s followed by Gallade and Pidgeot. My least favorite would have to be Mega Slowbro and Audino. They were the only two I didn’t enjoy!
I’m going to play with Torchic or Treecko first. I didn’t get to use Mega Blaziken so it is kind of new of me. I know my team is at least going to have 4 or more Mega (Able) Evolutions. Hoenn has a lot of them.
I just can’t wait for the Music, Story and Graphics of the Hoenn Region. I’m super hype! :] (My favorite revealed Mega Evolution is Mega Salamence & Gallade.)

I have always caught a Ralts on that route, and I will not stop.
Gardevoir and Blaziken have never failed me, ever.
I have a lot fo good memories of them.
I kid you not, I would ALWAYS search on that route (specifically the patch of grass closest to Petalburg) for a Ralts. Sometimes it would take a couple hours, but I could not, and would not, move on until I found one.
I don’t know if that makes me determined, superstitious, or both lol.

He has enhanced narcissism, seems to lack remorse until the very end, and doesn’t really seem to blame himself for his own shortcomings (from what I recall). There’s strategy I’d like to try, and it’d be too evil to use on any of you, but it seems VERY situational.

Triple Battle with Power Trick Shuckle, Mat Block Greninja, and a bulky Trick Roomer.
Problem is, Mat Block is not a priority move, and Greninja is frail, so if there’s a speedy Pokemon with a type advantage, it can down Greninja. Also there’s plenty of trainers running Fake Out or Taunt teams.
Uh….. Lol. I forgot triple battles existed. I thought Mat Block was priority?
Nope, it depends on your Pokemon’s speed. And Greninja only goes so fast. I know there is some Pokemon out there that can one-shot down a greninja with a SE move or just having a high attack stat and speed.
I’d only want to use it, just to see if it works, but it’s not very competitive, as it is deemed a bit too strategic. I’d like to try this out for fun one day.
