The Pikachu which can wear outfits is called ‘Cosplay Pikachu’ and has a distinctive tail different than normal Pikachus. It has a dark heart-shaped mark and is the only Pikachu able to use costumes.
Contests will have an Introduction Round which judges your Pokémon’s conditions, which can be improved through the use of Pokéblocks, and then a Talent Round in which you have 5 turns to use moves. There are also combos which can give your score a boost, such as Focus Energy followed by Stone Edge. Through your performances you can also amass a fan following which you’ll see at the Hall entrances.
In a new feature, you can also take pictures with your Pokémon during the contest, as seen above.

Pikachu evolves and relearns volt tackle. Then he kills ash and goes to live in the pikachu colony in the wild that he turned down. Every single one of Ashes pokemon fully evolve because they are no longer being suppressed by his sucky-ness. Team Rocket assassinates Giovanni, steal his money, shut down team rocket, and go live elsewhere. All of Ashes friends attend his funeral, only to piss on his grave. Misty and Brock get into a fight and Misty kills Brock through castration. Togetic comes back to Misty, evolves in Togekiss, and then Misty goes on to become Queen of water pokemon and marries Siebold. May and Drew fall in love and Dawn and Iris are caught in a horrific fire and burn to death. Fin.

One thing I’m still not clear on. When you mega evolve during contests, do they mean you have to have five stars on the excite meter at the start of your turn, or that you have to start with four stars, get a good appeal move , and then mega? Or am I just being too confusing at this point? >.<
