In a surprising bit of news, it has come to light that Nintendo trademarked デルタエメラル (Delta Emerald) in Japan. This is most likely just to cover their bases and make sure the name is reserved because of its similarity to the announced Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire remakes coming to the Nintendo 3DS in November 2014. Other Pokémon-themed names have been trademarked before and Nintendo has also purchased a range of .com domain names for games that would never actually exist. Don’t get your hopes up 😉 This was discovered by a 2ch user and the thread can be viewed on Hachima Kikou.
Even so, this is sure to draw some speculation from the fandom at large 😉

In pokemon platinum bibarel was my hm slave. I thought he was useless. But when I fought candice she defeated my team and bibarel defeated her abomasnow :O And I won the battle 😀 😀 😀 😀
Bibarel is the derpest pokemon ever. When I caught bidoof I put that shit in the pc and when I saw its evolution in the wild I laughed!
