I know this is out of the topic (or maybe not since it is a comic page) but does anyone here follow the Pokémon Manga? 😀 I can’t read the Manga because they don’t sell it in my country but I follow and I know everyone is hyped about ORAS and so am I but if the Manga usually follows the games with some better story I can’t wait to see the battle between Xerneas and Yveltal, the battle between X and Lysandre and I can’t wait to see Mewtwo and how Mewtwo’s Mega Evolutions will enter the storyline and also after the X & Y Manga will be (Trumpets everyone) the ORAS Manga and I really want to see it with the new stuff that Gen Vi gave us in the manga!
The manga does not follow the game. Many things are changed. But, it’s the same overall idea.
I know that it is not the same but many things are like the main storyline and I know that X will not catch Mewtwo like in the games but they usually put everything that the game has in the Manga but diferent and better like in the Ruby and Saphire Manga when Ruby had Celebi in his party and did not know
What I hope to see is Mewtwo coming in the battle between Xerneas and Yveltal and save everything by Meva Evolving or maybe Lysandre captures Mewtwo to obtain the power it has, I don’t know, I just know that when I look at the Manga it looks better, the story has more action!
I kinda disagree. It mostly follows the game’s main plot. Deviations here and there for a more dramatic effect, but the overall story line is quite similar to the game
The manga is awesome! Follows the game, not only the plot, but also the mechanics (abilities, effects & whatnot). The remakes chapters (FRLG & HGSS) are pretty good. Hoenn’s plotline was by far the best yet, imo. Hope ORAS’s is even better.
Yes! The HGSS plot was very good! The Gold versus Arceus plot with Team Rocket trying to create Dialga, Palkia and Giratina was my favourite part of the Manga and with Lance and Cynthia in the middle was a really nice storyline! I just want to see Gen VI implements on ORAS and since the manga started with the first games and has a chronological order, that means that Groudon and Kyogre will battle again but now with more power!
I read the first few ones of the red/blue pokemon adventures manga or whatever it’s called. I loved it but it was getting to be an expensive habit so I stopped :/ I also read some of the Diamond and Pearl ones but those weren’t as good to me. Still liked em’ though.

Who came up with the idea that normal/flying would be a good typing…? It just makes flying more susceptible to fighting moves. Same with normal and well anything except for maybe a ghost or psychic pokemon..

Route 7 is purely made for egg hatching, use it.
Lumiose Tower is better IMO. You can just slip paper under the stick and hatch while tending to other things.
Route 7 rocks. They even placed a sign near the cave, so if you start above it, you can ride bicycle without anything interrupting your way through to route 5.
Mhm. I use that when I need to hatch eggs that don’t take long to hatch, like Buizel. Beldum is one that requires the tower.
True but I usually discard pokemon just by noticing if any stat is 5 rather than 6, so I never need to go to the iv checker. That way I can release a hatched egg and get the next one faster if I was in route 7. But if I was in lumiose I would have to fly back to route 7 everytime i notice in lumiose a stat is 5. But I agree lumiose is better if you are masuda hatching. But I rarely if ever masuda 😛
I only Masuda because of a foreign Ditto I have. It gets tiring to have to pay attention to when you need to turn around. I guess it really has to do with how much multi tasking you do.

I used the breeding route in emerald when I bred back then. That was a straight line like route 7 x/y. But in r/s the breeding route was not straight. I’m guessing they will keep it straight. But there is no circular route like lumiose.

Why don’t you catch a load of dittos? Or breed with the other pokemon you have to get the desired nature
none of my friend safari’s have ditto and i’m a little too lazy to hunt for dittos in the village haha

That Slaking… Vigiroth… Nightmares… My problem was that there wasn’t really any good place for good level grinding when you get him. My team was big and I tried to keep them all on equal levels so they all took part in important battles. By the time I got to norman, I wasn’t leveled up enough to take him down without a struggle.

It’s outclassed by both infernape and blaziken. It had no business really being a fire/fighting at all. It’s more bulky but too slow. Serperior is like a beautiful garden snake coming out of a ripe corn stalk. It’s simple, yet elegant. Samurott I kinda like in it’s official design but him and emboar looked really bad in Gen V graphics.

What I don’t get is that people liked Fennekin, but like other starters now. I know some people loved Chespin and Froakie before, but it feels like it’s changed for Fennekin.

When I first saw the starters I was Fennekin all the way. And by all the way, that includes the mid and fully evolved forms. I just had to admit at one point that Delphox isn’t OU material. Greninja is only occupying the top slots of competitive (singles) Pokemon right now.
I am the same. I always have been Fennekin all the way, with Chespin being second. Now I really love both of them, and love Froakie as well. I love all three.
Greninja is actually the only final I really liked. Delphox was okay, and it grew on me. Chesnaught’s alright too, and I grew on that as well.
Chespin kind of grew on me, but only because it reminded me of one of my OC’s… so that makes the Chespin and the entire Braixen great, Greninja being OK, and the rest being meh. 🙂
I understand what you mean xD Fenniken was my first choice and always will be,when I first saw Braixen I was disappointed that it was bipedal but I got use to it after about an hour and when I saw Delphox it just made me love it more 🙂 I always had a tough time choosing between it and Chespin in the beginning so I loved them about equal,but I started to like Chespin more when Quilladin was shown so many people stopped liking it because he looked like a beach ball or something I remember on this one site defending it saying watch it have a cool or kick butt evo because the middle starters isn’t their final, they were growing into something even better.Even though I love these 2 about the same Fennekin will always be special to me <3

Hmm, interesting. I run a fully invested HP and Sp.D Umbreon with Curse, what would you recommend for that?
i run a gastrodon with stockpile and what i do if they give me a free switch i use stockpile if i know i can tank the hit of the other guy i stay and use another stockpile or recover. after boosting my stats and i try to burn or poison him for stalling and then spam recover. If you know your umbreon can tank the hit use curse again if not switch with gliscor cause he resist 2 of 3 weakness of umbreon

I think another game is out of the question but I think this adds some precedence to Rayquaza getting a form or Mega Evolution in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

Neither do I, but i do like the flow of Delta Emerald! It just rolls off the tongue. A little bit better than Sigma Emerald if you ask me.
The only one I can see is lowercase Delta just by looking at the yellow marks on Rayquaza’s body 😛
