The June issue of Japanese comic magazine CoroCoro (which is published in May) has begun leaking and the new Ruby and Sapphire remakes are featured.
Information
- The first scan simply introduces Groudon and Kyogre and the caption points out that they look different than the art on the packages
- Unknown whether more pages will surface
- Next month the magazine will run more information about the games

Entirely. It got a new UI for the touch screen and gyro controls, as well as the 3D functionality. But the story elements are identical.

I think there will be some new mega evolutions, further on I don’t know what to expect more as in new features, expect those we’ve got since X & Y
I feel like either Mega Sceptile should be Grass/Dark (because of mystery dungeon and the move pursuit) or Mega Swampert should be Water/Dark (because it’s a swamp creature) could also be Water/Grass which would be odd. It would have sap sipper and it would have something such as moss or vines incorporated into it’s design.

They HAVE to give us Mega’s for Sceptile and Swampert really as if they didn’t it would unbalance the 3 main starters since Blaziken already has one. I wouldnt worry about not getting them…you know how GF likes to keep the main starters balanced.

They were not the main starters though and that was done for Pokemon Origins the same way that Blaziken is there for the main anime. This is the main starters of the game we are talking about.

IF mega slaking was to come into existence i think it should remove truant HOWEVER instead gain slow start. WIth slow start it still has a huge limitation but gains an OPness that isnt overkill
you’ll need alot of stratgic to get passed the 5 turns
I think we also have to remember that these are not new games per say
XY were however these are simply remakes therefore for the majority of is that have had the pleasure to play these games, we know the region, pokemon and basic storyline
All that’s new is the models, Megas and whatever twist they give it
If they are as improved as HGSS were though, the games will look different from X and Y in UI and things like that. But yeah, the basic story will be more or less the same.
*Sigh* Well should have figured there wouldn’t be anything this month in CoroCoro……next month will prolly have some good stuff tho.

if the reveal never happened now and happened then would people be complaining about anything….the game will release whether info is released now or then. the game had just been revealed. its not like youre getting the game tomorrow. so it doesnt matter. just be happy that there is a remake. x and y is and awesome new game. you can expect something more or just about the same. so relax people and lets not get angry at the people that are releasing info to you.

Not exactly…they did a long Nintendo Direct…they are doing the same this year. That way everyone gets to see the announcements at the same time online.

YUP…i believe there are still some exclusive nintendo events at E3 but they are not doing a full showcase just the direct. IIRC Skelp and Clauncher were part of the exclusive E3 footage shown at the event but were leaked right away lol.

What if Volcanion has significance in these games 0_0. Fire/Water type (Magma/Aqua), and known as the “nation builder”. That’d be pretty neat. They can station him right at Mt. Chimney.
Volcanion is the love-child of Groudon and Kyogre. It’s simple as that.
to be honest i think all 3 of the kalos trio WILL be in ORAS

I can def see Hoopa in Mt. Pyre. Diancie fit in with kalos cause of it’s beauty theme, and Volcanion really fits in with these whole theme of destruction & rebuilding.
But they can easily use Diancie event to send to our ORAS games to explain the reason why Mega’s are happening in ORAS.

from looking at the footage they showed last night, it looks like that’s when Groudon/Kyogre are first awakened. They appear out of the sea, no noticable landmarks, and their ability activates. It would make a good cut scene, and explains why they are coming out of the same area

In the “teaser” footage we got yesterday, I saw no land masses. It might mean that their not done with the cut-scene yet or that their are no land masses around the Legendaries at the time! Remember the area could be unfinished. Just like the first bit of footage we got for X & Y. Lumiose City was not complete!

They did NOT activate the weather OUTSIDE of it, they did it inside.
So either it is a new plot change thingy

Em not really… the weather changed when the player left the cavern but the pokemon had already left it before you so maybe it did activate when they left the cavern and surfaced…its just we never got to see it first time around.

I hope the Weather Institute tells us about a wild Tornadus/Thundurus (depending on your game) roaming Hoenn. And then if you bring both of them to the Weather Institute, it shows a cut scene with Landorus arriving and you take him on .
