Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Announced

Pokémon has just announced that Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be released in November 2014 for the Nintendo 3DS. Not much more is known. Below is what the official site posted in their announcement:

Announcing Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems! Prepare for an epic adventure exploring a world filled with Pokémon!

Pokémon fans first enjoyed Pokémon Ruby Version and Pokémon Sapphire Version when it launched in 2003 for the Game Boy Advance. Now, a whole new generation of Pokémon fans will experience the dramatic storyline that unfolds in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.

Look forward to Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire when the games launch worldwide in November 2014!

These games will be released in November world wide as confirmed by the Japanese announcement. The Japanese mini-site is kind of cool, by the way.

ps- Personally I cannot be more excited about these games. I don’t know what a heart attack feels like, but I think I had one when I saw these announced.

    • I wouldn’t mind being able to use the skates in place of the Mach and Acro bikes. I know a lot of people aren’t fond of them, but I have a lot easier time controlling the skates than I do a bike.

Perhaps the bike will be a Mach bike (speed) and the skates will be Acro skates? (hopping over things, tricks)

  1. Guys if you translate Zygarde into greek (not 100% sure i did it right), you get:
ζψγαρδε (no clue if that will go through)
Anyways each greek letter represents a certain number, so if you add up all the numbers in the translation you get 820… no idea if that means anything or not but w/e
Also the greek letter Xi, Ξ or ξ, has something to do w/equilibrum reactions in chemistry (or something like that). It is the 14th letter & is 60 (i can go more into the implications of 60 but i wont for now…)
And i know the greek letter Mu, Μ or μ, has something to do with constants (especially in physics), it is the 12th letter of the greek alphabet (the “middle” one) and is 40
just some things to think about :3

  2. Not sure if someone has said this yet, but Alpha and Omega are the first and last letters in the Greek alphabet. Like A and Z. A and Z= AZ. AZ was the king of Kalos. COINCIDENCE? I LEGITIMATELY THINK NOT

  7. I love the youtube comments I’m seeing on the video..

-A “DRAMATIC” new world, huh? An “epic new adventure”?
These are gonna be more than remakes I’m willing to bet. Mark my words.

-Didn’t the backpacker guy say that next pokemon gane would be in a new region not in Hoenn? Maybe we will be a new region first before Hoenn?

-i was in class today and my friend told me that there was a hoen remake confirmed and sent me a link, I started screaming in class I was so happy! (btw this isnt a joke I got detention of it…..worth it!)

-I’m throwing money at the screen but nothing is happening!
