Pokémon has just announced that Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be released in November 2014 for the Nintendo 3DS. Not much more is known. Below is what the official site posted in their announcement:
Announcing Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems! Prepare for an epic adventure exploring a world filled with Pokémon!
Pokémon fans first enjoyed Pokémon Ruby Version and Pokémon Sapphire Version when it launched in 2003 for the Game Boy Advance. Now, a whole new generation of Pokémon fans will experience the dramatic storyline that unfolds in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.
Look forward to Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire when the games launch worldwide in November 2014!
These games will be released in November world wide as confirmed by the Japanese announcement. The Japanese mini-site is kind of cool, by the way.

Please make the game harder when EXP SHARE IS ON!!! Gym leaders should all have 6 pokemon with 6 full restores so you tear all of your hair out and mega pokemon will be much more common like veterans/ace trainers all have one.

I hated XY for this reason.
I think the Mega Stone should get upgraded so that more trainers could use it. It would be more like a Victory Road challenge. All Elite Four Members need one Mega Pokemon on their team! Also, the game needs an Easy (Lowered AI), Normal (Normal AI), Hard (Advanced AI) Modes. Similar to B2/W2. That would give a great challenge.
BUT you wouldn’t have to wiat for the keys to pick. Like, you could select at the beginning of the game.
Selectable at the start of the game! That would be smarter!

No. The game is in 2D. 3D is certain parts. It’s going to be just like X/Y!
Now, I think it’s that Hoenn has changed over 10 years.
It could mean that it’s new because it’s not pixels and they’re just using words to confuse us lol
Could be like BW2 and take place a few years later. as much as I would love for a full remake, I kinda want a different story. We can only imagine what these beauties are.

I think it is a Sequel. I think there may be new versions of Team Aqua and Magma, that are after some sort of new untapped energy to control Groudon and Kyogre. Thats possibly where these new ‘forms’ come from.
Although they do somewhat resemble the patterns they usually show when they are in the vicinity of a Blue/Red Orb.
What if the Red/Blue orb is the mega stone. Just like how Soul Dew could be Lati@s’s mega stone
They could be. I think it would be cool if the Blue Orb has to be dipped into the Lava at Mt. Chimney to turn into the mega Stone.
