He’s an odd guy but it’s not him. Looking him up tells you that he’s from brazil. The one IP address that i encountered from Brazil was Pokemaniac’s cause it was his little brother posting on the site, he’s never trolled here. The IP address that i got PJ to ban was from Florida. It wouldn’t make sense.
