friends, family, and doing homework. As a result, my grades have been dropping

I first started off). I’ve made some awesome friends and great memories here on

Starbits, Pokemaster, Frostbyte, DVS, Jordin, MewMew, Ammy, Ziia, Goomy, Chip, Mawile, both Sceptiles , Willy and others that I’ve
befriended in this past year that i have failed to mention because i have so much going through my head right now, my apologies. I will also miss the
mods. I’ll always remember the train of faces and the random postings of videos that involved our voices. We’ve had our fair share of memories and randomness. We’ve also had our share of trolls which has only brought us together and made us stronger. It showed that we had each other’s backs no matter the circumstances. I’ve also appreciated the fact that we were always there for members in need of emotional support and advice. You guise have all helped me as well.

I am, well, rather than making up some sort of fake leaker name, Damian Perez. I’m a 17-year old high school student who has been given some insider information towards the next installments in the Pokemon franchise. The names are indeed Pokemon Plus and Minus, he was able to confirm. I can only tell what has been told to me, so questions like “how long is the game” and “what are the gym leader names” I cannot answer, because I’ve only been told this information, and am here to report it back.
The leaker who gave me this information, whose name I cannot disclose, will be giving more leaks on the 11th of April, during the time of CoroCoro’s leak, so I’ll be back to report then. Until then, here is what I know from him about Plus and Minus:
Note, the leaked information about Plus and Minus from January may not be accurate to the information this other leaker gave me, although some pieces go hand in hand:
The region is based on Southeast Asia, and will feature many islands.
There are no more Pokemon Gyms. A new concept will be created in place of them, with a similar concept. It may be as minor as a name change, or something completely different. More will be touched on this April 11th.
The starter Pokemon will all be given dual types upon the first stage.
He was able to confirm that the Water starter evolves into Water/Steel, but no word on the other 2.
The villains are very important to the story, and look to stealing the two legends of Plus and Minus, fuse their power and take over the world. Usual Pokemon plot.
Mega Evolution will be more important to the story, but there will yet again be a shortage in actual Pokemon.
Johto and Unova Pokemon will make the largest appearance ingame.
There will not be a Dark-type Gym.
A new type will not be introduced, but a new Eeveelution will.
The games will not be on the Wii U console, and will be available on the 3DS.
The release date is known, but cannot be disclosed. He said that it would be sooner than you think.

Yup, but it’s not like all ice type. It’s like Mega Abomasnow and others.
How do you like it? I’ve been considering one for a while now after using my Mamoswine. Ice types get no love.
Abomasnow is one of the few grass types that great against water pokemon, because it’s not weak to ice beam and resists water moves and can strike back. If you bulk up Abomasnow’s great hp and special defence, most water types will face difficulty.
I like how that sounds. Horrible weaknesses but great bulk.

If you play to abomasnow’s strengths and have team members that can absorb his weakness. You are in good shape. But you have to realize that Abomasnow will be switch out a lot, so leech seed is your friend. Highly recommend it!

I’d recommend tentacruel as a partner. It resists poison, fire, bug, fighting and steel. 5 of abomas weaknesses. And as an added bonus it has rapid spin to get rid of stealth rock.
Gives me even more of a reason to bread my Lure Ball Tentcruel. Would Clear Body be a good ability for that kind of Cruel?
both are good. Clear body prevents speed drop from sticky web and liquid ooze for leech seed, giga drain used against you.

Gamefreak should have made them at least neutral to Fairy honestly. They’re strong to grass, dark, and psychic and given the generally poor stats…they could’ve used some sort of boost. But no, they had to go and make Fairy resistant to Bug of all things.
Why are fighting types strong to 5 types? Most are only strong to 2 or 3. Doesn’t that seem a little…excessive?

true, but grass types are immune to spore. very few things are immune to dark void. Dark void is mainly used in doubles as it affects both pokemon and smeagle can learn it and it’s legal.

I hate sleep. Not as much as Parafusion though. It seems as though Slesp has been nerfed. My pokemon seem to wake up sooner.
yup it has! 3 turns max no more. and if you switch out it takes into account how may turns you were asleep before you switched out.

Well I don’t see fighting types being used much in gen 6. They received two huge nerfs:
1. The Fairy Type
2. Talonflame
It’s still ‘seems’ excessive, but right now, it seems to make sense.
1. One of the type advantages it has, which is Normal, is not as common as before, with many becoming Fairies.
2. Many of the types weak to Fighting, other than Normal, have just as commonly used redundant weaknesses. So sometimes, I don’t even bother putting in a Fighting move in a team except the single one that is meant to destroy Blissey, or use it on Mega Kanga and her Power Up Punch.
Water > Rock
Ground > Steel
Fairy > Dark
Fire, Rock > Ice
That’s a good point. I guess I should’ve looked at it from a competitive standpoint xD
Still, it spent 4 gens with 5 strengths, but even then, Fighting types have never been used much even before Talonflame. Gen 4 got Lucario and Gen 5 got Conk as pretty good contenders and that’s pretty much it.
Fighting attacks however, are likely to be splashed here and there for coverage or because of Blissey.
I guess not many of them are good for anything other than hitting hard once or twice.
My favorite Fighting type is Hitmontop. >:3
I like Gallade, Toxicroak, and Scrafty. Even though I’ve never even used a toxicroak. I just like it’s typing. Lucario is cool too. It’s mega is probably my favorite.
Toxicroak is good. If used right of course. I love Lucario. It’s a steel type, and adorable.
It’s mega has dreds. Love it.
My least favorites are definitely sawk and throh. They’re just ugly/weird and annoying to battle…
