well mewtwo is banned overall since hes a legendary thats really powerful XD
but i guess cause some pokemon can counter x while others can count y. my friend put it in a way as “ok , this charizard might be x, so i’ll sacrafice my only pokemon that could take out x but not y. -sacrafices and its charizard y- DAMMIT SIAJDAIOJSA”
Just use a Rock move. ._.
Wouldn’t surprise me that they’ve already banned most of the decent pokemon that can learn a rock move(and thus charizard becomes a bigger pain).
