I apologise for the quietness. I have to study hard for my finals, and most of the remaining time is gobbled up by family needs. In the little that remains for me to go on the internet, I’m too exhausted to do anything. Due to that, work surrounding PJM has been on the back burner for a while. With the exams only ending February 9th, that isn’t going to change soon.
Due to this I will prolong the deadline for PJM 2014 Contest – Round Two by about a month. The original deadline was January 3rd, but seeing as I still haven’t received many submission, I figured out some of you must been busy too (or forgot). Seeing as I didn’t send any reminders, I might as well give anyone more time. I will put the new deadline at February 3rd 12.00 am UTC.
What this also mean for the magazine is that it will be pushed back a bit. Don’t worry, it’s still coming, but writing content and putting it together still takes a lot of time and effort. I can’t put a date on it, but rest assured it comes in 2014.

The new rate of XY is 1/4096 in the wild. Shiny charm increases that 300%, meaning 3 times greater. 4096/3 = 1365.3
So the new chance is 1/1365.3
has it been proven to be 1/4096 everywhere? because I definitely went over that (probably even closer or more than 8192) when hunting for klefki & goomy (both of which were outside the friend safari)
yep this is correct. and friend safari is 1/2000+ something. I’m not sure if shiny charm effects friend safari or not though. And Masuda for Gen 6 if 1/640+ something, if shiny charm effects masuda it’ll bring the rate to 1/200- 1/300

65 adamant totodile eggs bred… all with egg moves “metal claw, crunch, ice punch, dragon dance”… – masuda methoded after shiny charm. 30 batch were normal produced, the other 35 were produced after tipping to see if theres a difference. Gonna start hatching them all right now. Give ya’ll an update soon.
*note, i did this with treecko. first 30 batch normal, second 30 batch produced after tipping 10,000. the batch with the tipping gave me a shiny treecko.
