Remember Pokémon Bank, the 3DS app that lets you transfer your old Pokémon to Pokémon X&Y? Well, it’s now released on the eShop! Wait, what’s that you say? The eShop is down? Pokémon Bank isn’t on the eShop? Ohh, I see now! Apparantly too many people bought a 3DS and Wii U as Christmas presents and the network went down from everyone wanting to download their system updates and digital games. Nintendo didn’t think the Wii U would actually sell, so I guess they took no preparations.
Luckily we’re all going to be paying $5 a year so we have reliable Bank servers, so Pokémon Bank should go live the moment the eShop goes back up, right? Nope. As the eShop servers went down, they took the online storage servers of Bank with them. Even if you had downloaded the game, it still wouldn’t work. So much for seperate, reliable servers. Just hope the $5 goes to development of RSE remakes instead of a new sportscar for each Gamefreak executive. Pokémon Bank has now got the tentative release date of To be determined which is not of much help. Still, I’d expect it in the next week or two, once the Christmas/New Year’s rush cools down.
Hope you all had a nice, exhausting Christmas, like I had! I also hope you don’t have to study like I do! I’m going to tackle Organic Chemistry for a while, see you soon. I also didn’t forget about PJM, an update will go live in the coming days.

modest max HP and Spatk. Raising HP EVs is like raising both Def and Sp.Def, so it’s more efficient than raising def and sp.def evs separately.

You do not know the pain I feel when I got a perfect 6IV, shiny Jolly Terrakion (most definitely hacked) from the GTS. I want to keep it as a memento, but at the same time ends my chain for legendary trading for the dex registration. It’s 691 right now, the target is 705. T_T

Marvel Scale is only more useful if you use rest + sleep talk. Because when you impose on yourself the sleep status via rest, marvel scale activates increasing defense by 1.5

So then would Rest Sleep Talk Dragon Breath and Mirror Coat be good? I was originally going to use Mirror Coat Dragon Breath Brine and another move :p
I would go for scald over dragon breath. Both have 30% chance of burn or paralysis. But a burn status on your opponent halves their atk. the last move is your choice, mirror coat, ice beam, or dragon tail, because people like to use swords dance/dragon dance or set up on you when you are fast asleep.
Ok! Now I feel like I got all those egg moves for nothing XD

I’ll save a Hypnosis or Ice Beam/Brine/Mirror Coat/ Dragon Breath one for Competitive ability, and do a Rest/Sleep Talk/Scald/Dragon Tail one for Marvel Scale.

It seems that through hacking, they were able to change the code that determines where the Pokemon is native to. The number 18 and 19 is for Kalos in X and Y. The others, 1B to 1D, are also from Kalos, but not from X and Y, which could mean we’re getting new games taking place in the Kalos region. The other, 1E-1F, means that they are not native to Kalos and are from a new region.
4 more games…. ruby and sapphire remaes are two, pokemon Xz and Yz is 4!!
Well 3… 1B, 1C, and 1D make 3 more games from Kalos. Which could mean: Pokemon Z, and then 2 Hoenn Remakes.
E and F are not from Kalos. So a new generation. But you can’t believe him without any evidence.

they changed the place of birth of the pokemon to kalos, by hacking, (which is symbolized by A-D and 18 and 19.) But A-d are new kalos games, not x and y (which could be xz and xy + two other games that take place in kalos) but there are two new games (E-F) that are not from kalos born but can still trade with x and y, so they could be ruby and sapphire remakes.
