Details about Pokémon Bank’s operation have finally come to light. Nintendo posted the above trailer with a brand new Pokémon Bank website. Bridgette, the “creator” of Pokémon Box: Ruby & Sapphire has returned to host the new Bank service. It launches on the Nintendo 3DS eShop on December 27th.
Some new details:
- Multiple games can use the same account, dependent on your Nintendo Network ID
- Regardless of region you may use any Pokémon X or Y copy on any 3DS to access Bank
- Pokémon ARE at risk of being deleted forever if your trial or annual subscription concludes

It is legal if you breed the hacked Pokémon because the offspring is legit. My friend caught the johto and kanto starters in Platinum by using Action Replay and transferred them to me in Black. Then I bred them so their offsprings are legal and can be transferred.
