There are 3 regis in gen 3 and 1 in gen 4 add that 1 to the previous 8 and you get 8. 9 ÷3 = 3. my IQ. Is 3. Up until gen 3 There were 3 gens. There is a trio in gen 3. I used to have a TRIcicle. There are 3 parts to the TRIforce. I take 3 tablets a day to help me with my mentality… half life 3 confirmed. :p

The sad truth is that you can make a great team of favorites, but it won’t be consistently good, unless you think about things like spikes, stealth rock, taunt, whirlwind. You need to have some members of your team that are good at stuff, even if you don’t want them on your team.

Gliscor, Blissey/Eviolite Chansey, Volcarona… Many good Pokemon to choose from.
I’m using volcarona, still gets thrashed
Tyranitar and Gliscor then. They compliment each other well.

Most ice types are slow and can’t take hits

Breed 7-10 boxes of eggs, dont hatch as you go, just collect, collect, collect. Takes about 4 hours to collect 10 boxes(I highly recommend doing 10), and then proceed to hatch them all using the fastest method (center of Luminouse City around the Gym). I have gotten at least one shiny with MMing EVERY single time I have done my 10 box method. Its very time consuming, but if you have spent 2 months on trying for a MM Budew, what have you got to lose?
After some thought, Im actually now excited for Hyrule warriors.

I usually hit the 80s-90s with the occasional 100 in my good subjects or 70s-60s in my bad subjects, my parents still get on my case if I don’t get 90 or above despite me telling them it’s not going to kill me if I get around the mid-high 80s

I know right! Mega Golurk or Mega cofagrigus with Stance Change! What if mega cofagrigus changes type when it goes from attack to defense form? Ghost in coffin form, and ghost fighting in mummy form? THat’s be badass!

I’m glad not many of you go by the smogon rules either… I just watched a vid of Mulvone discussing it with a friend and they also think mega mawile should be banned for the same reason mega kangaskhan did, “because it’s too strong”. I’m sorry but even to me, that sounds weak, and I’m not even a good pokemon player
every mega has its counter. i fought a mega aggron and that thing is OP as hell boosted +4 attack and superpower still i couldnt OHKO needed 3boosted superpower to KO it but i dont say anything
Mega Mawile is good if played right, but not strong enough to be banned. Nothing should be banned unless it’s so cheap it cannot be countered or can only be countered by very specific mons.
Mawile and Khangaskan are easily counted by Fire types for Mawile, and Toxic Spikes, Special Moves, and Super Effective hits.
You can still use him in the tournament. No one here will judge you! At least I know I wont xD

I was thankful Effect Spore didn’t activate xD Robin was my only hope to take out that Nidoking. If Effect Spore say, put me to sleep, Sir Aaron takes Robin out, and it’s all downhill from there xD

Effect Spore has an 11% chance of inducing sleep upon, 10% chance of poisoning, or 9% chance of paralyzing (30% chance to activate in total) a Pokemon that connects with a contact move 🙂
I had Gliscor (Nidoking destroys with Ice Beam), Sableye (Not much it can do offensively to Nidoking), and Mawile (Death by Ground) left. If Robin was gone, Nidoking finishes the rest of my team off ;P

It’s not DLC. It’s an app that has connectivity to the game. You don’t need it to play online and isn’t part of the game itself. Gamefreak isn’t making you pay for anything. The fact that it is only five dollars A YEAR shows how Gamefreak is NOT greedy. Huge servers like that, as it is on a cloud, is pretty expensive to upkeep. Operations is all about outputs and inputs. If something cost money to make, companies have to make some sort of profit, or at least a favorable loss, else they’d bankrupt.
Many games have become corrupted with DLC, but a lot of DLC is actually really enjoyable. Some games, like Borderlands 2, introduced an ENTIRE CAMPAIGN as downloadable content. It was practically its own well made game for like, fifteen bucks. There can be good DLC, so I can’t say I’m against the concept.

My brother gave me a 50 dollar gift card for the Eshop for my birthday. Guess I have ten years of Pokebank. =D
But it’s still a very fair price. More than that…I think it’s a surprisingly CHEAP price. I don’t think you kids realize how -cheap- five dollars is. A bottle of soda is $2.75 where I live. Keep that in perspective.
XBL is $60 for one year. Pokebank is $5 for one year. I get it is an app but it’s still a very impressive app, letting you easily transfer Pokemon from old generations with a simple grab and drag. I don’t know about you guys, but I’d play five dollars for click and drag instead of that pokeball catapult game. I don’t care how fun people want to claim that was, it was tedious when all I wanted to do was trade my old mons over.
This is also an app that Gamefreak has said they will continue to use for a long time. This isn’t a current gen thing that they’ll drop when the next gen comes out. You pay annually for a dedicated program where you can store a large amount of your Pokemon conveniently and easily. Meaning, your annual five dollars isn’t going to be wasted.
If it was five dollars a month, then yes, I would agree it is over the top. However, it’s annually. Yearly. You pay for the year. You even get a free month in the beginning where you can either try it out or abuse it to quickly transfer whatever you want over to X and Y and NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. You even get a sweet Celebi out of the deal. My God it’s so cheap I wouldn’t even realize those five dollars disappearing.
The other thing…Gamefreak is a fair company. They have no history forcing any consumer to buy overpriced DLC. They deliver free downloadable pokemon like candy. They don’t care, it didn’t cost too much to create and it makes fans happy with them. Consumer support and happiness is very, very important to companies, especially Japanese companies, they take that shit seriously. However, not all apps and programs are free. They cost money to make. If companies put out money to make things and demanded nothing in return, the imbalance of finances would put the company in danger. Basically, you went out and bought some lemonade for five dollars. You charged nothing for the lemonade you sell to people. You don’t ever make that five dollars back you spent on the lemonade. You might think ‘that’s nice of me’ but you can’t go buy more lemonade to sell to people. The only way to is to dish out more money, and then more money, that you never make back…and then you go bankrupt. This is a basic concept in business-you make a profit (or break even). So I don’t blame Gamefreak for charging so goddamn little for something they had to develop.
tldr; Gamefreak can’t afford to give you everything for free.
I hope I helped some people understand the reality of the situation. I think Gamefreak is a fabulous company, they don’t exploit or abuse. If you don’t want the bank service, that’s perfectly acceptable, it’s not there to be forced down anyone’s throats. But I seriously, seriously don’t get the small percent of people who seem to think it should be free or it’s too expensive. It’s FIVE DOLLARS C’MON.

I don’t really agree with this. Game Freak had a huge amount of people buying Pokemon X and Y when they were released. They make plenty of money off of the video games they release, and they really shouldn’t need to charge us extra for a feature that was FREE in the previous games! If they had at least made Pokemon Transporter useable without Pokemon Bank, I wouldn’t care. The fact that they’re charging us an annual fee for something that was automatically built into the previous games is unreasonable to me.

I battled this one guy and got two sword dances off against his smeargle, and than another against his aegislash when he used kings shield XD

Don’t you think thats a bit early? Pokemon isn’t COD it doesn’t release a game every year, and truthfully its better that it doesn’t wouldn’t you prefer a amazing Ruby and Saphire remake compared to an okay one. I think the earliest you can expect a new game is march 2015.
B2W2 were announced two years ago in late January and XY were announced last year on January 8th. But I see your point. We haven’t gotten spin off games for Gen VI have we (besides that creepy Pikachu detetective game)?

They don’t… They expect the first game of the generation to keep you occupied until the release of the next one, and any spin off games are a plus.
But really I prefer quality over quantity and I’d rather them give us a really good game every 2 years than just spit out a game every year regardless of quality.

Yes I do. Crawdaunt isn’t the bukiest so I prefer choice band. Also the power after STAB, adaptability and then choice band is amazing
Me to I either run choice band or choice scarf, choice scarf is useful because it allows it to outspeed unboosted base 120 pokemon which is good, alot of time My aqua jet will be able to outspeed talonflame’s priority because not many people invest any evs into talonflames speed.

So I have been thinking. BW2 was released October 7, 2012. 94 days later it was announced that X and Y would be coming in the Fall. XY was released October 12, 2013 worldwide(kinda). There is an old couple that says there anniversary and gives the types. (Ruby and Sapphire). If you add the anniversaries, you get 85 (40+45). 85 days from October 12th is January 5, a date close to previous announcements. I’m guessing we will gets announcement of some kind around that time. Just some defensive thought.
