Are they male and female? If not then, might want to keep breeding until one of the opposite gender with the same IVs appear. Or just stay with those parents.

Is there any stat that you would risk not getting just in case getting a flawless one isn’t that easy? For example, Togekiss is more of a Special Attacker so I would suggest getting one with perfect IVs in everything except Attack. You can do it! 🙂

It was practically the whole theme 😀 Those were originally supposed to be little hairs that looked like lightning bolts; I failed and it doesn’t look like hairs now. The crown is a great idea!

How do you get one with 0? Is it even possible to get an IV of 0 (Of course it is since you got one)?
Sorry bout the late replay had something urgent, but yeah 0 IVs are equally likely as 31 as IVs can be from 0~31, but yeah you have to be lucky or chain breed from a random pokemon from you PC using power anklet to always preserve the 0 IV and pass it down from one egg group to another until you finally get it on your pokemon.
