PokéJungle Tournament Survey

Plans for launching our first Official PokéJungle Tournament are moving along swiftly, and we’re steadily laying down ideas behind the scenes ready for a full summary and rules set soon. While the majority of the organisation for this tournament is down to us staff, we still want some key input from our readers and potential competitors. As such we have created quick survey for our readers to fill out, the results of which will shape how this tournament will work, so please answer as best you can! Once we have received a reasonable amount of replies, we will review the results, finalise the tournament rules and publicly open sign-ups. So waste no time in getting your responses in!

You can find the survey by clicking here, or by revealing it in the spoiler below.

  1. I feel like I should have voted for Singles 6 VS. 6 : That way TCMets can participate and the battles may or may not be more intense. Is there any way to vote again?

Also, you have to delete a friend from your friend list if your friend list is maxed.

  2. I voted singles 6v6 but not sure if i will be able to participate. In terms of the clauses I voted that the evasion and sleep cause should be in place…

  3. Got a question, does anyone know whether 3ds capture cards are gonna be back in stock anytime soon? Is it even worth it? If you have the right equipment can’t you get at least decent quality? I mean., it’s a ton of cash and not even in stock. I need help. What do you think I should do? Thanks! 🙂

    • Evasion Clause – No evasion moves (double team, minimise)
Sleep Clause – You can only put one of your opponents Pokemon to sleep.

      These are Smogon rules.

  4. I’m making up Goomy Style, a parody of Gangnam Style, with my friends. this is how it goes so far:
    *music starts*
I am a slug, who for some reason is a dragon,
But anyone who has me will most certainly be braggin’
I’m purple, cute, and squishy, and a Pseudo Legend too,
You can try to punch and kick me, but they’ll slide right off my goo!

I need help with the next verse.

    • gen 1: Vileplume. I love this pokemon in kanto. I just love its design!
gen 2: Donphan I just found him all around useful in game
gen 3: aggron. aggrons always been one of my favorite pokemon of all time, and for some reason, whenever I get one I want to use, its always female…
gen 4: Purugly and Floatzel. the first is obvious, but the latter, floatzel is amazing. and I found a shiny one during one of my playhtroughs
gen 5: Serperior. its my favorite starter of all time next to chestmaught. though it sucks hardcore in game, that just adds to the challenge.
gen 6: ive only played through this one once, so I couldnt tell you yet!

    • My list is in regards to playing within that generation itself, not Gen VI.

Gen 1: Charizard. I am incapable of starting with anything but that.
Gen 2: Umbreon. This somewhat due that it’s the only dark type I can really GET just playing the game, so I always get one. I do waste no time getting my hands on a Tyranitar though, naturally.
Gen 3: Absol. Always make an effort to capture one.
Gen 4: Weavile. Sneasels being more readily available, I go for one right away, and then naturally evolve it. Togekiss is a close second, it’s one of my favorite Pokemon, and also my favorite Fairy, so getting one is a no brainer.
Gen 5: Hydreigon. Full stop, I don’t think I can play any of the games without getting this anymore, I am beyond compelled to capture one, no matter what. It was my first “Perfect’ Pokemon too.
Gen 6: Bit too early to tell. Though, I do really like Malamar.
