Yes, but the remakes would be some really big deal. HG/SS was released three years after DP (the same year as Platinum) and BW2 reutilized a lot from BW while making a remake of RSE would require a lot more of effort.
Given, it may happen, but I find it unlikely.
I think next year they will be focusing about X/Y events and giving us some spin-offs, then the next year after that either Z/XX/XY or HOENN CONFIRMED

I kinda had a feeling Mega-evolution would occur via button press. I hope they have enough PKMN mega-evolve so that teams aren’t so limited/restricted. Anyone competitively battling will be sure to have as many mega-evolutions as possible (assuming you can have more than 1 in your party).
It’s confirmed you can only have 1
Though based on the button press.. I wonder if it’s possible that how it works is that you basically could say you have a single ‘charge’ to trigger a Mega Evolution. But you could have MULTIPLE Mega Stones equipped, so you can choose based on what is going on which Pokemon to Mega Evolve, and thus use up your charge.
I haven’t seen anything officially state that. I think that is still speculative. I have seen that some people are speculating you can only have one during WiFi battles, but the official site hasn’t specified anything as of yet (to my knowledge).
I knew it since the world championships when Kangaskhan was transformed as soon as the guy said it and the battle had already begun.
Right, that there was my first assumption, but you never know if there may have been a slip-of-tongue or some Mega-evolutions activate differently (although I highly doubt that at this point).
Right, that was were I came to that conclusion/assumption. (But, you never know if he spoke out of context) I am so relieved though, that Mega-evolution doesn’t waste a turn!
