The above image was done by a Serebii Forum user. Although the original article made it more than obvious that there was no real chance they were legitimate, at least we now know for sure 🙂
Still up for discussion… do you want to see a pre-evolution for these two 1 stage Bug-Pokémon or full on evolutions? Or perhaps both?

Pinsir prevo es kind of ugly… Besides, the rumors about both of this prevos turned out to be fake, “Mr XY” said it himself.
The rumor started by Mr.XY may have been fake, but that doesn’t mean the chance that Gamefreak does make them isn’t there. I mean Eevee Evolution rumor popped up before Sylveon was revealed.
They are both popularly requested additions.

1) Mr. XY is lying no doubt about it. 2) Relevant how? 3) Does Pokemon Sunday (Smash) count? 4) This is as interesting as anything, considering we have gotten nothing in over a month. That is not to say this is true by any mean, because… it’s not.

Those are absolutely fake. I’ve seen that artwork before. In fact, most of these rumored “new pokemon” I’ve already seen ages ago mostly from artists on site like deviantART.

IF tere were Heracross and Pinsir Pre-Evos, the consequenqe would NOT be that Mr. XY is proven legit. He confessed. The tripcode was the same, so the real MR. XY confessed.
I think every rumour said there will be an eeveelution. There was one. So some of you guys say all there rumors are proven legit because there is Sylveon? Some stuff is predictable. That’s the reason why they make up rumors with these.
Nevertheless, I find those two very cute, especially the Heracross baby :3

Fake. I’ve seen the artwork before. And this isn’t a scan, this is a picture of someone’s monitor.
All of Mr XY’s Ideas were just fan-service ideas. The only reason people believed him was because they were hoping at least one of those ideas were real. I don’t know how the title “an anonymous 4chan user” wasn’t enough to debunk the rumors.

Instead of both, how about just for Pinsir? Pinsir got no love once Heracross came out.

i dont think i would mind a prevo for them to much, wouldnt mind them going the roselia route and getting a prevo and and evo at the same time though
I agree with the majority of the people here.. it is fake… wish i didn’t have to say that but it’s true. They should really take fan art in consideration… some of it is pretty good.
