Today is the day! After 9 months waiting the games are finally here, Pokémon Sword & Shield are now available worldwide!
We hope everyone has enjoyed not only our countdown with The Path to Sword & Shield, but also spending the past 9 months (and longer!) on the site with us. We’ve grown significantly this year and we’re so happy to have shared every step of the way with all of our fantastic readers!

Can someone explain me why is the sun out in the game when its 11 pm on my clock?
I played about 30 minutes of the game so far and dear goodness, the graphics and presentation are stunning. This is exactly what I imagined Pokemon in HD would look like! If Pokémon Home features models for all of the Pokémon I would transfer everything forward just for the chance to see them in this resolution. I’m super excited to play more and see what all the new ones look like on the screen!
I’m really sad that male indeedee is exclusive to sword lol

Ugh I hate that they heal my pokemon every two players I defwat JESUS I DONT WANT YOU TO HEAL MY F*CKING POKEMON, I WANT TO STRUGGLE AND F*CKING DIE….. that’s what I say when they dont even ask me, so what’s the point to have potions, revives and berries ?
Is it hard to find hidden ability Pokemon? I’ve been in some max raid battles and none of them were HA. I guess there is no other method than max raids.
So far I’ve only played Pokemon Sword for about two hours, but let me say, these games feel great. The graphics may seem underwhelming at times, but the art style is amazing and the scenery looks great. The pokemon battles just seem more thrilling, somehow. And I haven’t even dynamaxed yet. The story is great so far. The game feels like an epic quest to be the best right from the start. The wild area is really neat, and I like how some pokemon tend to hide in the grass and some tend to roam freely. It seems to bring the game to life. So even just two hours into sword, I’m loving it a lot.
By tomorrow we’ll have beaten the game at this rate

Good Lord I haven’t love a team as much as I love this one in a while !! Although the game feels and actually is empty, i’m having a great time. And even more since I decided to stop focusing on all the flaws in has and just enjoy the game. I can’t wait to get back home and expérience the game a little more. I’m 14hours in and only about to go béat Nessa’s ass.
