That is what I want the Volcano to expand into. It would make sense it was blocked off due to the volcano. It could mean new fossils to be discovered.
As well as that tbh, I wish more Totems were in different weather conditions. Like give Totem Salazzle Sun like Totem Wishiwashi has Rain, and have her Totem Aura boost defense instead. And Totem Lurantis should get Weather Ball + either Sun or Rain, with one neutralising a weakness whilst the other gives it spammable Solar Blade + status immunity.
The dumbest thing in Sun and Moon is how big of a deal they made out of Charjabug’s battery: it’s online Dex entry mentions how Vikavolt will carry Charjabugs to power them up. But Totem Vikavolt can’t even benefit from it because it has an all physical moveset for some reason. Battery + that huge special attack would actually make it a challenge, not the easiest totem in the game.

General thoughts on the Ice
Fave Pokemon- Sealeo. This thing is probably the cutest Pokemon in existence. I wouldnt even want to Evolve my Sealeo. I can literally just be with this Pokemon, it makes me so happy.
Fave Leader- Lorelei. Being the very first Elite 4 member of all of Pokemon, she did the job right. BEing a trainer youve never met, to wreck your time because you are too young to handle her.
LP- Smoochum. Humanoid Pokemon are so bad to me. Everyone hates Objects being Pokemon, but humanoids are just so weird.
LL- Pryce. Angry old man? Puhlease. Get a better personality. And a better team
Elemental wise, Ice is probably my favorite. It’s justs so beautiful. However, Pokemon wise, Ice is the worst type in the game (theres no debate). As much as I WANT to love ice types Pokemon as much as I love the element, I just cant.

The only reason these fears are ‘more common’ is because they’re triggered more because you’re not constantly exposed to heavy force or Poison, but arguably even more people would be afraid of them then say ghosts of bugs if confronted with them

Ice is my third favourite type, I like the design of many of its Pkms, they’re very cool in general, and I wish they receive some sort of buff, and they have chilling attacks as well (like ice beam and Icicle crash)

Oh, Ice is definitely one of my favourite types (I love the aesthetics a lot), but I wish it was stronger.
Fave Ice: AloNinety or Aloslash, both are great re-imagenings of old designs, have super amazing (and for one of them, a long waited) type combos, and have really great colouring and shapes tbh.
Fave leader: Candice, she’s like the only one who isn’t old and boring.
Least fave: Crabominable. More like, Crabomination.

Fav Pokemon: Lapras I think I’ve liked it the longest of all Ice types, I like the plesiosaur and other origins of its’ design and it was great in the anime.
Fav Leader: Lorelei, she’s tough in gen 1 and probably the best design of the Ice Type specialists, even if it doesn’t relate to the type.
Least Fav Pokemon: Vanilluxe, just not bothered about it really.
Least Fav Leader: don’t know, I barely remember Candice so I guess her.
Ice needs a buff defensively, or at least stop making so many slow defensive ones. I like most of the ‘mon of the type, other favourites include Sneasel, Swinub line, Delibird, Farticuno, Froslass, Alolan Vulpix line, Snowshrew line, Dewgong, Cloyster, Sealeo, Abomasnow and Amaura line.

we just said Bug is good for psychic because psychic type weaknesses is based on fears, i mean if your mind is clouded by fear you can’t think straight and psychic is all mental
and the bug thing i believe is because Dark types are cowards and they rely on the darkness to perform they’re best attacks and Bugs can thrive in the darkness and aren’t affected by trickery
