A much-anticipated update to Pokémon GO is rolling out across iTunes and Google Play which includes re-designed gyms and an all new badge system, but those trying to illicitly catch Pokémon may be less than pleased. Posted to Reddit by A Niantic staff member, the game’s developer has a new plan to combat use of third-party programs in order to keep gameplay fair.
With the announcement of Raid Battles and the new battle features, we are staying true on our commitment to ensuring that Pokémon GO continues to be a fun and fair experience for all Trainers. Starting today, Pokémon caught using third-party services that circumvent normal gameplay will appear marked with a slash in the inventory and may not behave as expected. We are humbled by the excitement for all the new features we announced yesterday.This is one small part of our continued commitment to maintaining the integrity of our community and delivering an amazing Pokémon GO experience.
While short on details, it certainly seems like a step in the right direction to make the game more fair for players who spend time exploring he real world to catch Pokémon.

Sorry to get off topic so early. But I recently went over my thoughts on poison types and I would like to know yours.
General thoughts: As a kid I used to hate poison types, they were my least favorite pokemon. They were so annoying and stalely. Koga (ninjas=poison?) used them to stall and he had double team Crobat. My hatred for poison types soon changed as I began competitive. I loved using toxic, even though poison is the second worst status, I thought it was fun wearing down the opponent. Plus Poison Designs are also pretty cool! Purple is a nice color! Now poisons are just used as fairy killers which is also fun.
Favorite Poison Leader- Koga. He represents poison types nicely. Stall your opponent while dealing heavy damage when they’re weak.
Least favorite Poison Leader- Janine: Seriously? I worse Koga basically. Worse pokemon, not hard at all. And what do ninjas and poison have to do with each other??
Favorite Poison Pokemon: Nidoking: Seriously who doesn’t love this sleek purple powerful design. Powerhouse in game, and in competitive.
Least Favorite Poison Pokemon: Toxapex. I know I said poison types stall you out and make you weak. But that doesn’t stop me from hating this thing. It’s just wary too stalely for me. I cant stand seeing these on opponents team

Ninjas use poison to kill often, tipping their weapons with it. Also the use of gas perhaps.

Least Favourite Poison type: Garbodor (I don’t hate it though)
Favourite Leader: Koga, he has the skills, also in the anime he has a Venonat and that’s another favourite of mine.
Least Favorite Leader: Janine, there’s only 3 and I like Roxie more.
Poison is a type that I’m OK not having on my team but with the advent of fairy types I do at least try to pack either a Poison or Steel move. Design-wise I think they’ve been quite diverse and I generally like them.

Depends on viscosity. Some lava flow is very fast if it is hot enough and in a defined channel. Eruptions also force it out at speed, so it isn’t impossible to imagine.

Spring Man: Don’t depend on your ability, try to avoid dropping that low but if you do, make sure you know what to do

I just realized something for you, You said you would be giving in if you went to lower levels, but if you start at level 1 difficulty then learn all the fields and learn opposing maneuvers of opponents then move to level 2 and test yourself to see if you improved after you’ve learned then after you have beaten every character in a difficulty level move up 1 if you lose go back one and challenge only that character again till you learn more then go back and destroy till you are on top!

I am not doing challenge mode, but even with my 5 deaths, there have been many close calls, so I say it probably will be more so with challenge mode on.
I also know that when I did my Wedlocke on Black 2 a year or two back, it was more difficult (still without challenge mode)

And just figured out the perfect strategy for Earthen to win at Arms and to actually master the game with a simple strategy

But as an outsider I have to say there’s the appearance of big hostility in Poland towards (muslim) refugees, with many citizens citing that the fact they don’t have refuges is why there’s hardly any terrorist attack in the country. Little do they know that Poland is just not a good target for an attack compared to Brussels, Paris or London.

It isn’t suprising per se, but that isn’t to say it’s a good business model. Much of the USUM backlash came from people not knowing what the game is.

The thing is, they’re a big enough company that they’re able to do that. People generally know what to expect from GF, but they can’t expect to show 20 seconds and catch the eyes of everyday fans.

I love in moderate climate though. Temperatures are usually around 20-25°C in spring and summer and around 5° in winter, there’s only like two or three days in august where the temperature goes above 30°C, it’s insane now.
I prefer colder climates myself (which sucks for me since I live in Florida where humidity + heat makes you wish for death), but I know as soon as i graduate, I’m planning to go up north for a few years.
I can deal with snow so long as I get normal seasons and being able to breathe normally and not sweat like a pig going down the street for a minute.

People are reading this the wrong way. I think he’s saying that they’ll show more of Metroid in 2018, while Yoshi and Kirby will actually release that year. Then he kind of throws Pokemon at the end of the list as a game that’s been announced but releases in 2019. I hope I’m wrong about this.
Idk about that. He explicitly says Prime is coming next year (iirc) and I think if he meant that they’ll just show the games off then he would have just said so. He doesn’t have to be criptic to say they’ll show trailers of games next year. That’s a given.
I actually changed my mind completely. It does sound like Metroid is definitely a 2018 title, but Pokémon is probably still more likely for 2019 if it’s a new generation. For some reason I’m still not 100% sold that this is the next mainline game, since they haven’t explicitly said it, but it’s pretty darn likely. It’s all very confusing right now.

I highly doubt metroid and Pokemon are going to be 2018. I mean we have only heard that the games are in development and haven’t seen anything of them. Surely if metroid was 2018 we would at least see a small trailer?

If you haven’t heard, we’ll likely see the new Pokemon game in 2018. I thought that was pretty obvious because GameFreak was hiring staff that worked on Wii U and PS Vita titles to assist with animations, character modeling, programming, and data work in March of this year. They’ve likely started planning and development about year or two ago. I’m excited to see this new Pokemon title! E3 2018 should be even more exciting next year.

They said it probably won’t be released for over a year, but technically November of next year is over a year from now. Plus the communications director from NOA said in a recent interview that the Switch Pokemon game will come next year. We’ll have to see what actually happens, but it certainly is possible it could come as early as next year.

General Thoughts- Ghost Types are pretty cool. I used to think they were overrated because it seemed like everyone’s favorite type is ghost type. But now I dont understand they are just cool. Maybe they are overrated, but I can see why. Their designs are very cool, and who doesnt love the way Shadow Ball looks?
Fave Ghost Leader- Acerola. I just love her cute face, and attitude. The way she doesnt look like someone who would handle Pokemon of the dead.
Least Fave Leader- Shauntal. Meh He just isnt as interesting as the others. Also I still think Shauntal is a boyt. and since I dont see different I dont like him
Fave Ghost Pokemon- Gengar. His chubby body. His spiky back. His cute Smile. I just love this thing. I honestly didnt realize how much I love Gengar until recently. I can understand the massive hype for this. And its pretty good in battle

I was joking in my reply and thought that your idea is good. But I agree with your sentiment in that climate change can be considered a political conversation especially if you are not on a college campus. I currently attend a campus that has a strong marine science program and is in Miami so it is safer to talk about climate change as an academic topic. I’m not so sure about other campuses.

I got used to it after playing this game for a few hours. Turns out that over 150 new Pokemon wasn’t so bad. I was able to acces the Dream World during the main storyline. And I was able to get some good Pokemon there, too (from previous generations). In Pokemon Black, my Aron really gave Skyla’s team a good whooping since it knew Head Smash.

The longer they take telling us anything the more the tension and anticipation rises.
Plus if they revealed something more in the direct compared to say next month if we get a reveal it would be like “oh USUM has this and that” well that’s cool but when we get news now it’ll be like “Wow they’ve got this in USUM and we predict that this means this” etc
GF are clever. They know that with past games they’ve revealed too much so this time they might tease us more.

I have recently been thinking about locations for Generation 8. I have 4 different countries in mind that could make some interesting regions. India, China, Australia, and Germany. I choose India and China since they are emerging markets for the video game industry, and they have diverse biomes, and different weather effects could have a constant impact on the region. Australia is one the list since most of the animals on the continent are pretty dangerous . I have Germany to finish off the list, since it would be interesting to have it as a region. There are a lot of other possibilities for gen 8.

Did you actually research this at all or is it a coincidence that most of this is right? For example, for 2H2 to react with O2, all of the bonds need to be broken before the reaction occurs. You explained this in your description of the evolution process. My only criticisms are the following:
1. Combusting H2 usually requires additional energy (like a flame), to overcome the energy needed to break the stable O2 and H2 bonds.
2. The Gibbs free energy for the reaction 2H2+O2 -> 2H2O is negative. So the reverse reaction has a positive Gibbs free energy. Thus water will not spontaneously decompose into 2H2 and O2.
3. State changes aren’t reactions. So the evolutionary stone stuff on’t act as a catalyst because it’s not a reaction.

I’m disappointed that USUM doesn’t appear to be something more interesting, but people need to move on. They’re focusing too much on the “alternate story” idea. You could say that Emerald and Platinum were technically “alternate stories” of their original games too. We don’t know for sure what USUM are, but one thing they are for sure NOT are sequels. People just need to move on…..Also you can’t really compare actual sequels to a reg 3rd version…….

Johto at the Battle Frontier post game and Sneasel is only available post game without trade! BW Route 13 and Gear Station (Understandable because they don’t appear here at all). BW2 Giant Chasm and Gear Station which is pretty late but understandable. XY and ORAS both only available post game for battling in the stupid mansion! And Grah! Sun and Moon… only available on 5% of Jangmo-o and 50% on the extremely rare Kommo-o!!!!!!

Following this, she decided to remain with her trainer and is one of his best battling Pokémon.
Proud, motherly, and resourceful.
Bablyon the Salazzle (First Sun run) – Was causing trouble in the Wela Volcano Park by using her pheromones on all male (Pokémon and people) visitors and having them serve her as a queen. As a result, only females and those immune to the pheromones (such as my trainer and Kiawe) had to bust them free. Demeter battled Bablyon in order to free her comrades who’d fallen under her spell, and Bablyon the decided that a trainer would pamper her better than some unwilling servants.
Snobby, demanding, yet fiercly protective.
Petaya the Salamence (First AS run) – As the hero of this story was training to attempt the Pokémon League, an aggressive Bagon attacked. She was captured to help against Drake, master of dragons, yet was unruly and disobedient. However, when her trainer showed interest in helping Bagon fly one day, she gained a bit of respect, before fully trusting him when they bonded whilst trapped in high tide on the basement of Shoal Cave.
Curious, aggressive, but ambitious
My umbreon was found as a dirty Eevee in an alley in Hearthome City. I gained his trust, it quickly became apparent that he suffered from self-esteem issues so I trained him up and won countless contests and gave him multiple ribbonbor he could feel validated. And we’ve been inseparable ever since. As for my Arbok he was gifted to me as an egg by my father before he went on an expedition to a far away region and never returned. That’s pretty much it. I haven’t thought up a third for any other pokemon.

Drilbur: after dealing with the Team Plasma fiasco in Wellspring cave i nearly tripped over a burrow belonging to a small timid Drilbur, after trying to fight it, it attempted to use Rock Slide which caused water leak flushing us down a subterranean water vent, after braving the flood we emerge and i capture it, and it was a stable battler trying to perfect its Rock Slide, and during an emotionally draining fight at the Driftveil Gym against the bigger stronger Excadrill, after being beaten senseless i was about to throw in the towel He evolves and masters Rock Slide.
Powerful, Prideful and Tenacious
Pancham: after leaving Lumiose City, me Chespin and Bunnelby decided to eat outside Route 10, a rowdy Pancham steals our stuff and absconds with it, later that evening we discover that he himself are picked on by a group of Scraggy, so after KOing the leader we decided that it would be better off with me, soon after we made our way outside the Reflection Cave, a sly and extremely snobbish Female Stunky tries stealing my bag (i should really keep a anchor on it) after my team chases it down a stray pokeball rolls out and it slips on it triggering a capture, at first we tried to make the best of it but its selfish uncaring and overall a bitch, that night it pops out and wanders out and Pancham follows it, much to its shock its stealing eggs from nests and Pancham stops it only to wake up an outraged Nidoking, which savagly chases them down, during the chaos it almost gets to the camp where Pancham tries to calm it down only to be smacked away painfully hurt angry and worried Pancham sees Stunky obvious and uncaring and at that moment Pancham snapped with a deep bellowing scream it evolves! just before Nidoking ravages us Pangoro lunges in and fights it and after a violent battle Pangoro sends it flying with its newly learnt Circle Throw. the following morning wondering about the whereabouts of Stunky Pangoro quickly snatches the pokeball from my hand and crumples it in its fist

maybe Crabrawler: me Litten and Rockruff hear thumping sounds and see a Crabrawler punching a coconut tree, thinking that would be a tenacious pokemon on the team i send Rockruff to fight it, with a semi-jealous Litten watching from the sidelines, Rockruff things its a big game and just jumps around chasing after it, but Crabrawler is beyond angry trying to punch the bajesus out of Rockruff and tries using Bubble only for Rockruff to….pop them, but Rockruff’s luck ran out when after trying to use Rock Throw Crabrawler effortlessly punches each stone to rubble and KO’s Rockruff with Rock Smash, so Litten joins the fray and actually fights back only to get overwhelmed by Bubble and Rock Smash, Litten starts doing crazy jumps and flips and learns Acrobatics and gains the upper-hand weakening it just enough to capture it

I have a theory if Stantler gets a alolan form it may be based on an Axis Deer an animal introduced the same way as the cats alolan meowth are based on, and its from India. But I researched and Yungoos is based on the Indian Mongoose obviously from India. So I believe Yungoos and Alolan Stantler would be big hints at a Indian region for Gen.8 because of it

So basically once you take a gym, people of your team can add pokemon with a maximum of 6.
each Pokémon has a number and as you defeat them, they lose CP. you’ll have to defeat them multiple times. Once they run out of CP they disappear from the gym. You take the gym when it’s emptied out completely
But you also can have multiple people attacking at once so pokemon faint quickly.
It takes longer to capture them but you also keep them longer. If you put strong Pokémon in there it will last a while

It has been a fantastic day. I live in Miami so playing Pokémon Go isn’t all that hard, but keeping Pokemon in gyms, battling gyms and collecting Pokecoins at the right time was really unreliable (and this was true as of yesterday at my level of 29). However, with the new update, being able to collect coins is much more reliable because they are given to you when my Pokemon is knocked out and increase by 1 at an hourly rate. I also hit level 30, and hatched and evolved a 100% perfect IV Donphan. (One of my favorite Pokémon from Gen 2). Finally it is only one day left until the weekend. Woohooo!

1) You can get protein and other nutrients from a vegan diet, but you need to fucking research and not just ‘meditate’. It’s hard to balance the nutrients needed when you’ve only got so much choices, and you’re potentially missing key nutrients such as iron and high biological value proteins unless you go out of your way to eat them.
2) The animal industry expanding isn’t an issue with the concept, it’s an issue with the population of humans. Eventually, if the population continues to grow, similar issues will occur with crops.
3) You listed *carnivores*, and humans are not carnivores. Humans are omnivorous, so of course our digestive system is going to be differen. And finally, if meat was unnatural, then we wouldn’t be able to eat it as a staple of our diet. Simple as. But humans have ate meat for thousands of years and have gotten iron, protein and fat they need from it, which is more in flow with nature than vegans having to take supplements and fly foods in from other countries.
You have a vegan diet and follow it for ethical reasons, good for you. But for the science side of things, you’re obviously clueless asf

Eating *too much* red meat is the problem, the reasons vegans and vegetarians are healthier is because they pay more attention to their diets on average than meat eaters tend to. A meat eater with a healthy diet is going to only have slightly less or negligible health differences to a healthy vegan or vegetarian.
I said you can get iron and protein from plants, just that it’s harder because you have to consume more than you would with meat. And you also have to diversify your protein sources to make sure you get all the essential amino acids. You don’t have to do that with meat, which offers more variety than soya, the other source of HBV protein.
Not balancing meat and plants in the diet will cause both to deplete faster. Eating exclusively plants will cause plants to be more in demand, and eating too much animal will cause the same effect.

I’m actually dying here. Broccoli contains roughly 2.8 grams of protein per 100 grams, whereas beef had an around 26 – you’d have to eat nearly a kilogram of broccoli to get the same amount of protein as you would in red meat, and even then you wouldn’t get all the essential amino acids from it because it’s Low Biological Value protein, whereas meat and soya (something you should’ve mentioned if you’re such an intellectual vegan) have High Biological Value. With meat, you get all the amino acids you need without having to meticulously track every amino acid in your Low Biological Value diet and you also don’t have to consume a kilogram of broccoli to get a similar amount of protein.
If you’re a vegan/vegetarian your protein should come from nuts, pulses, and soya, as well as mycoproteins (but I believe most of those do contain milk so they’re not suitable for vegans). If you’re eating enough food with lower values of protein, good for you, but if you have to eat a lot of lower protein foods to make up for it you may be taking in excesses of other nutrients such as fats and carbohydrates and they can build up and cause weight gain, hypertension, heart disease, etc.
The reason we look more like herbivores is because we evolved from frugivores. However, humans have evolved to have meat in their diet, as seen by the fact that we can get large qualities of essential nutrients from iron that we have to eat larger, less sustainable amounts of plant matter to obtain, as well as the fact that that certain nutrients come in meat in a form more readily consumable than in plants (meat has heme iron and non-heme iron, whilst plants only have non-heme meaning vegetarians have to eat more iron products to be as efficient in iron absorption as meat eaters, which is far less practical than just straight up going for heme).
Humans have been eating meat for thousands of years, and whilst we do need to cook it and we don’t have a fully omnivorous system, we are omnivores. We can eat meat, we do benefit off of eating meat, and there are some nutrients where meats are the only practical natural option for it (such as omega 3 from fish). And in fact, omnivores barely have to rely on supplements at all if they have a good diet and no dietary issues, whilst some vegetarians and vegans have to stuff supplements down their throat just to get their nutrients if they haven’t planned their diets well or if they have no good sources of certain nutrients nearby.
It’s also worth noting that early humans couldn’t just fly over foods from over the world, they just had to deal with what they were given, meaning you could fly in all your different exotic foods to balance your diet. Hell, that’s probably why we began eating meat, because we entered areas where we couldn’t find all the nutrients we needed from plants and we needed meats to fulfill our needs for certain nutrients.
Also, what I’m saying is that if we don’t balance meat and crop, and we move strictly onto crop with our growing population, we’ll start having problems with crops as well. The point I’m trying to drive through your cringy ass skull is that the issue you’re trying to prove here is not an issue with purely just meat, it’s an issue caused by supply and demand of meat due to having billions of people wanting meat. When we were Hunter gatherers or a much smaller population with more traditional farms, these problems were a non issue. The problem is the population, not the meat itself. The same will happen to every single resource until we gut this planet dry or we drastically lower population (either through something like China’s one child policy or another genocide, and thankfully most people want neither of those).
I can do this all day buddy, I’m away to write a first year dissertation on vegan/vegetarian shit so I know what I’m talking about. Good for you if you do too, but saying that the quality of broccoli protein is the same as meat protein really has me doubting your:
A) Sanity
B) Intelligence
And
C) Reliability
