It has been confirmed by The Pokémon Company that a glitch is currently affecting Friendly Competitions for Pokémon Sun & Moon. Players who scan QR codes for competitions which have not yet begun are sometimes being locked out of competing in them or losing their spot in the tournament.
Right now it is recommended to not scan QR codes unless a Friendly Competition has officially started.
We’ll post more as it comes, Pokémon is looking into the issue!

Ladies and gentlemen, Three years ago on this day began what could only be described as memorizing, Miraculous and beautiful chaos
Could 50 million people fight against all odds to overcome one of the greatest challenges of a mankind at the same time?
chaos and discord, the collaboration of a hive mind, and dare i say, a birth of a religion.
because on this glorious maddening day three years ago have put in motion one of the greatest boons of internet history
I speak of
TWITCH PLAYS POKEMON RED!!!!
No where has the world endured and reveled in such a symphony of discord
hardships loomed over as we prevailed, Memes were born, and deities were resurrected all in pursuit of such classic nostalgia

The Ledge, Team Rocket HQ, The betrayer, bloody Sunday and the resurrection of the Fossiah Lord Helix
i want everyone to bask in remembrance of this beautiful enigma
